Good enough

Even with a reservation they made us wait 15 minutes although plenty of tables were available when we walked through. While the portions are large we found the actual food to be average. We came here with a big group for a friends farewell party. The portions are 'family style' so it's easy to share with others and you'll have plenty of leftovers to take home. Even though we had a large group, the service was fast and friendly.

My family went there (18 of us), and we asked that when we ordered, that there be no leftovers. We ordered way too much even though the waiter knew we didn't want leftovers.

This buccaneers de beppo is close to our hotel and a great place to take customers and friends wen we visit salt lake city. They didn't rush us with our meal and we're very kid friendly. We would definitely return!

Buca di Beppo is part of a small chain of Italian food restaurants but it doesn't feel like part of a franchise. There are lots of options including a big selection of mix and match - pick your pasta type, pick your sauce and pick the size. Portions are huge and everything is well prepared. One very nice touch in... More

We reserved the pope's table for a friends birthday party. It could probably serve 12-14 comfortably. I love the lazy susan which makes sharing easy, and it's great to be able to hear everyone around the table, so no one feels excluded. We agreed before dining that we would split the bill, so we ordered a salad, and four other... More

Great cuisine - family-style menu. We all shared and it was great! I loved their Marinara - and the Italian Sweet Cream Cake was to die for! Good size portions to share and have some left-overs. Our waitress was very attentive. Good wine list and cocktails. Wish we had one in Boise!

I've eaten here several times and the food is excellent. It is family-style dining and all my choices have been good. Its a chain and is very much the same quality as other stores. No surprises.

This is not my "favorite" place to dine because I don't like the "family style" way of serving food, but for those that do, this is not a bad place to go. The food has always been good, service good and the ambiance fun. They have a Green Apple & Walnut salad to die for (which is what I usually... More

We have been to Buca di Beppo several times before in different cities. It's not my favorite, but it's not bad. I think the food is a little high priced, but you do get large portions. We got there around 7 p.m. and ordered spaghetti and meatballs, but they were out of meatballs so we got the meat sauce. No... More
