Had a to go order, the food was fresh and delightful. I like a lot of fresh vegetables in my Thai food and I was pleasantly surprised! Would definitely eat there again.

We went here twice for breakfast. The spinach omelet was amazing. Fresh spinach and other vegetables in an enormous omelet! Everything we had was delicious. Not just a Thai restaurant!

I'm not even kidding. This has been the best I've had in the Salt Lake City valley. I'm a little confused on the name though. I was told to eat at Beyond Thai, but apparently they go by Chabaar. Or is it both names? Not sure on that one. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, nothing too fancy. Its... More

Decent menu selection, great food, and great service make this restaurant a find! Authentic flavors and above average assortment to choose from! Nam pla prik available and very tasty to fire up all your dishes. Prices average for Thai restaurants and serving size slightly above average. Tried the pot stickers.....good. Tried the curry puffs...very good with a wonderful sauce. Main... More

Came on a Sunday morning with my husband. His thai fried eggs were delicious. I ordered something similar and thought it was excellent as well. The coffee was also good (I was a little worried about coffee at a Thai restaurant). We will definitely be eating here again for breakfast and to try their dinner. I want to taste their... More

I have eaten here 3 times so far and have not been disappointed. The menu begs me to order outside my comfort zone and I was greatly rewarded. The curry is great and noodle dishes are perfect. My old standby Pad Thai? Delicious. Look forward to going back and trying new things. If past experience is an indication, I will... More

While staying the night in a local motel, my husband and I had a craving for Thai. We found the wonderful restaurant and never regretted our visit. The owners are Thai and grew up making this wonderful food, unlike people who learned out of a cook book or at cooking school. I have to say this was the best Thai... More

I love that the Salt Lake City area offers about a billion restaurants to pick from whenever my tummy starts to speak to me. On a recent trip to Midvale, Utah I found myself looking for a place that could serve me and my oldest son a couple of delicious bowls of Pho (Vietnamese noodle soup). Chabaar Restaurant happened to... More

Everything I've tried on the menu is excellent. There are a couple of secret items that they prepare but aren't listed. Be sure to ask for the Eggplant dish. You can have it made specifically as hot as you would like it and also with your choice of meats. The tofu is excellent as is the chicken and beef. The... More

I'm not much of a Tai person myself but a friend asked me to go there with him. It was very good and the owner was very kind and made sure we loved it. Highly recommend.
