El Toro Viejo is a family owned and operated Tex-Mexican food restaurant that offers excellent food and service. It's great in that it offers standard Tex-Mex dishes and also authentic Mexican cuisine. Chips and salsa are awesome. Enchiladas verdes and mushroom-spinach quesadilla are my favorites.

I have eaten here many times, but have never found a dish that I have loved. Everything has been just ok. The chips and salsa are delicious, and freshly made, but everything else is middle of the road.

I eat a lot of Mexican food in the US, Caribbean, and Mexico. But I only eat at ETV when I am in Logan. There food is fresh and just the right portion. The fresh made red abd green salsa and chips are outstanding. The tortilla soup however is the best I have ever eaten anywhere. One of our favorite... More

My wife, daughter and I were craving Mexican so we went to ETV and were glad that we did. I got the chicken Chimichanga ( best one I have ever had ), my wife had the Burrito Supremo ( big enough for 2 meals ), and we got our daughter beans and cheese. The chips and salsa were great. Salsa... More

The food was very good. The atmosphere was good. The service was a little slow. Next time in Logan we will definitely be back.

This is a truly great little mexican restaurant, awesome food, fantastic service. Lots of great entres but my favourite was the sopapillas', they are served as an excellent desert and because the portions were so large we took some home.....the next morning just a little warming in the microwave and they were almost as good as the previous evening. YUM... More

This is great Mexican food. I live in New York and it is better than anything we get there. I lived in Texas also and it is just as good as anything I could get there.

We enjoy Mexican food. We have eaten here twice during our visit to Logan. The restaurant is attractive with carved painted chairs and booths. While the booths are comfortable (we both have bad backs) the seats are low to the table. If that would bother you, you might prefer a table seating. You are escorted to your table promptly by... A previous reviewer had some negative things to say about using "powdered ingredients". Well, I think every Mexican restaurant uses powdered chilies and masa, and even dried beans so I am not sure what they are referring to. Anyways, I would like to say that this small chain of Mexican restaurants (Northern Utah and some parts of Washington, I think)... More
