Large group of people from my meeting

A large group of us came here for dinner after our last day of meeting. I think we had 26 people. It was walking distance from the hotel for some so convenient. The waiter was good and everyone seemed to like their meal. They were very slow getting the food out but maybe due to the size of our... read more

Food was good and price was fair. Good beer for Utah. Great atmosphere and service. If in the fence, you should try it.

We came here for dinner as it is walking distance and very convenient from the hotel we stayed. The server welcome us warmly. She is super energetic, helpful and make sure every table satisfied with their meal. The food not take long time to wait but came out slightly warm. We ordered "The Pork something", came with roasted vegetable, mushroom... More

The food is bar food. A bit over priced. Brewery beer is good. Service is very friendly. Nice place to socialize.

Draft beer was very tasty but weak (due to Utah's antiquated and puritanical alcohol laws) the bottled beer (normal-strength in 49 states) was also very good. The food menu is OK and everything we ordered was edible but not memorable. The brewery is conveniently located near a number of hotels (the Layton, UT Hospitality Area).

The food and drink selection was good. Something for everyone. Our waiter seemed distracted and rushed. I would go back but would hope for a better experience.

Rooster's is almost always a good meal. Their food is sometimes a miss, but that is rare. My kids adore the naughty fries and always upgrade with their burgers. I have a lot of items I really like. Their loaded root beer is sinfully delicious! It's great for families, for girls' night out, or even date night. Great atmosphere too!

Been here long time ago and was not impressed with the quality of food. We came as a big group (party of 11) and everyone was happy with what they ordered and impressed that with only one waitress taking care of 3 other party groups, our party received all our order in a very timely manner. And they were all... More

We went Roosters one evening during our visit to Layton on the suggestion on a member of the staff at our hotel. Roosters is easy to find and has a very cheerful atmosphere. We sat at the bar, ordered two types of beer, both of which were excellent. We then ordered food. My wife had the jambalaya and I had... More

Roosters brewing company offers some tasty beers like "the bees knees" and "polygamy pale ale." To be honest I was more focused on their burgers burgers and fries, but the awesomeness comes from upgrading your fries (make em naughty) for $1.50 to get pepperjack sauce, cheese sauce, and Louisiana buffalo dipping sauce. They're great for the fries AND on the... More
