Greasy cheap breakfast

No kids menu so the kids couldn't color but they seem to like all the food. Pancakes were delicious eggs were way too greasy. I had the prime rib skillet which had no vegetables way too many uncooked potatoes, and the eggs had a film of grease on them. It was covered in nasty white gravy with... read more

We ordered brisket, we got thin sliced shoe leather, really freezer burnt, nasty, won't go there again.

My wife and I have driven by Moon Dog's Cafe many times and decided to give it a try for breakfast. They do breakfast right and servings are generous so be sure to come hungry. I had the Loaded Hash Browns and my wife had the Feta Cheese Omelet. Both were delicious. The atmosphere is laid back and friendly. Having... More

We tried this place for breakfast, it was close to our home. The service was ok, food was good, I recommend going for a laid back dinner instead.

i bought a coupon on restaurant.com. i then drove to the restaurant. on the door it said we no longer take coupons from restaurant.com. it would have been nice if they had pulled the coupon from the site. we left and went to dickeys and will never go back.

This has become another favorite of mine. For breakfast I usually get the brisquet omlete and slather it with sweet sauce. For lunch the moon dog salad. It is similar to a Navajo taco, but on a scone with pulled pork, coleslaw and beans. I also garnish that with sweet sauce. For dinner they have a combo plate. It is... More

We visited with a large group with ages ranging from 2 to 65. Everyone was happy with the meals that were served. The pulled pork was well received. Will return next time we're in the area.

We tried to get into Moon Dog's for a work luncheon and called for reservations. The man on the phone was very rude and seemed very aggravated with our call. He informed us we could not make reservations without visiting the cafe and leaving a deposit explaining he was not going to hold tables for an undetermined number of people... More

We have gone here more than 5 times and it is always average. Good prices, ok food, and ok service. This time the biscuits were slightly cold in the gravy, like still frozen. The service was pretty poor, the girl who was supposed to be our server didn't know their menu, know the point of sale system, bring us our... More

We ate here for the first time, and won't be back for a second. Despite all the bad reviews on Yelp, I decided to give it a shot because the menu looked good, and you've got to take Yelp with a grain of salt. Neither of us liked our food. My loaded hash browns were a big disappointment. The gravy... More
