The absolute lousiest Caesar Salad ever! Made with green leaf lettuce, NOT Romaine lettuce, a pungent balsamic dressing, no cheese, no lemony or anchovy taste, and 2 bitty croutons. Great restaurant with surprisingly unique and creative dishes! They had many vegetarian meal options. After traveling from Las Vegas, we did expect prices to be lower in Kanab.
