We had dinner at the Rocking V Cafe on May 2013. The service was out standing. We had chicken dishes, both were excellent and unconventional. The bread pudding for desert was as good as the description we read on Tripadvisor promised. The meal was not cheap (about $70) but it was definitely worth it.

Great food! They know what they are doing in the kitchen. Try the enchilada! We also did a bread pudding for dessert, with carmel sauce. Think cinnamon, walnuts....enjoy!

Really unique flavors, deliciously prepared food. Host/owner was totally professional and attentive without being intrusive. Great restaurant in a frontier town; well worth a stopover!

This little place has art all over the walls and has a very nice feel to it. It has a really relaxed feel that gets transferred to the food. The menu is fairly simple which makes choosing any one of their delicious options very easy. Everything we had was flavorful and the portion sizes were perfect.

I remember the home made ice cream (peach). You can eat inside or out and they will accomodate you if you want to take your food "To Go". Great menu!
