We had burgers that weren't cooked properly. Instead of serving us fresh burgers that had been properly cooked, they chose to pull the burgers off the buns and they tasted like they had been put in a microwave. Served them to us on the same soggy buns we got in the first place. We were really disappointed.

We were looking for a good steak and Spurs Grill was recommended. The service was good, the food was good, but the prices were a bit steep. My wife had the margarita special to drink and it was very expensive! I only had a soda. The bill with tip was a few pennies under $100.00 for the two of us.... More

The food was tasty but overpriced ($11 for a Caesar salad...just lettuce, croutons and parmesan cheese, $11 for a bean and cheese burrito!), the music was not so good and our waiter was clueless.

My granddaughter ordered chicken soup in a bowl....the serving was cup size, the price outrageous, and there was NO CHICKEN in it. It was just a watery liquid with a leafy thing floating initial. We commented to the waiter and, rather than apologize or negate the charge, he acted annoyed wiTh us....avoid this restaurant as there are others in town... More

First, the title may deceive you. An average eating place in Kanab would likely not stay in business in most places. The good news for the Spur Grill is that their hamburgers are very tasty and they allow dogs on the very large patio. (If you are in Kanab to volunteer at Best Friends and have a patio-friendly sleepover dog,... More

When we were told that the ribs is a speciality dinner of the restaurant we were really excited to eat excellent ribs this night. What we got was only average and not even hot anymore when served. The salad bar was great. We could eat as much salad as we wanted and it was all fresh and tasty. Service was... More

We ended up paying mandatory tip for an average service. Salad bar wasn't very fresh. Waiter pried us into buying 8 ( surprise ) bucks tequila shots. Meat was overcooked. The beer had a weird color. Atmosphere was average. Avoid if you're in kanab.

We with wife visited Spurs Grill in June during our Grand Canyon and Zion trip. The restauraunt looked nice from outside. However, experience inside was totally negative. 1. We were offered an awful table near the entrance (however, there were a lot of much better options). 2. Steaks were expensive and terribly burnt. We were offered a "today special" version... More

We were told that we could not set inside because a tour bus was being served, although there were many tables available in the back room. We sat out side and waited and waited and waited for a server to take our orders. Although the menu had a wide variety of items and a salad/soup buffet, some in our party... More

We were staying just outside Kanab for a few days and decided to visit this restaurant, what a mistake to make. We arrived at 9.15pm and had ordered by 9.20pm. At about 9.50 a coach load of 40 people arrived. As you can imagine when they were all served their food ahead of us, we questioned the waiter as to... More
