Best place to get ice cream! Customer service could be more professional but nothing that would stop me from going again and again.

I didn't even think I liked custard that much, but my mind was quickly changed. Everyday they have chocolate and vanilla plus a flavor of the day. There are also mix ins you can add. The custard stands out for exceptional favor and consistency. The mint chocolate chip was the favor of the day yesterday, and it was the best... More

By far Nielsen's has THE BEST custard I have ever had. When we lived in SLC, we used to travel 20-25 minutes out of our way just to go to Nielsen's. I was obsessed with their pumpkin custard during the fall and stocked up on it for a couple months :). If you are in the SLC area, you MUST... More

This place is nothing great to look at but a Salt Lake City tradition. My husband took me here saying I've never tasted anything like it, and it's true. Wow. At first I thought it was like a DQ Blizzard-like product, but if I can describe it to anyone I would say its like a DQ Blizzard but a lot... More

Always a great place to stop. Staff has always been overly friendly and hard working. Not a sit down place and a bit noisy inside but still worth it.

This location is a tiny "shack" where you can drive through or stop and pick up a frozen treat. There is no seating inside, which is basically one small ordering area. The area outside the place is not inviting for hanging out. However, the frozen custard that we tried was very good. We tried a flavor that I believe was... More

I make it a special point to stop at this place when I am in Salt Lake. They are always busy but it is worth any wait you may have. The employees are friendly and make the experience enjoyable. That would be enough even if the custard was not good. Lucky for you the custard is excellent. My personal favorite... More

It is not world renown but than again, there is not much in SLC that is. Great little custard joint if you have the famliy along. Of course these are like little fat bombs that will stick to you after consumption so be ready to work out.

If you have a weight gain problem, stop by here on a daily basis and it will correct itself. The custard is world renown and the staff is great. It's like having desert and then skipping dinner because you're full.

My daughter & I recently had the bumbleberry concrete, strawberry & raspberries. Just custard here for more menu items go to the Bountiful location. The service was good & friendly. The shop is small nothing fancy.
