I really enjoyed the marquee chicken dish. Is had flavors that are still dancing in my mouth. This restaurant is a refreshing escape from the ordinary and you feel like you are visiting Morocco or other countries that serve traditional dishes of the area. It is a tough place to get in when you go during "prime dining times" so... More

My husband and I like to try new places - and I am the fan of different kinds of food, him, not so much. I had read that Layla had something for everyone, which it seems to me as it does. I had the falafel - it was ok....but not great, sorry to say, I was really looking forward to... More

My wife loves interesting food and different flavors; and I unfortunately I am the opposite. This makes it a challenge for us to eat out. But Layla magically worked for both of us. My wife was confronted with many interesting choices; the only challenge being narrowing to one choice. She loved what she got and is very eager to return.... More

Eating at Layla's Grill and Mezze was a fun experience. The employees are friendly, the food was very good. The atmosphere cozy and I would recommend this restaurant. We plan to go back many times. They offer take out as well.

Recently returned for dinner with friends- two visiting from Texas and Maryland. The halibut special was outstanding- fresh from Alaska, well prepared, and presented. The lamb meatballs in tomato cream sauce are a house specialty, and I can see why!! Moist, well seasoned, and served with saffron rice. (Israeli couscous not available that day). Arriving early, there were few guests,... More

My girlfriend and I recently had dinner at Layla and it was delicious. The food was fabulous and the servers were very attentive. Our waitress happened to be the owners' daughter and she was outstanding! She was so knowledgeable and offered advice on the various Lebanese wines (we had the Cave Kouroum Petit, which was excellent) and answered our questions... More

This is a family owned business, featuring traditional Lebanese food. The father and son are the chefs, mother (Layla) makes the desserts and Lebanese cookies. The daughters manage and serve. Good selection of wines, including several from Lebanon. I love the food, always happy there. Chicken Schwarma, Tabouleh salad, fries with special seasoning are all favorites there. Service is friendly... More

I've driven by this place many times and we finally decided to try it out (I live nearby). Fabulous. We took some friends we all decided it was one of our new favorite places. Everything we tried was delicious but the chicken skewers are my favorite. The staff is friendly and it wasn't crowded. Get away from the chains or... More
