A pleasant surprise!

We were driving through Hatch, needed lunch, and decided to take a chance, even thought it didn't look like much from the outside, Our sandwiches were delicious, and nicely presented, and the cheesecake, which comes from New York, was excellent. The waitress was very friendly.

Don't be put off by the outside which looks a bit spooky, inside is warm and appealing. Our waitress had a lovely manner and was very welcoming. There was plenty of choice on the menu and we were very happy with our food. The portions were generous but not excessive. There is also soup and a salad bar. So although... More

Amazing rib eye steaks and cheesecake. Really friendly staff and atmosphere. Finish serving at 8 though so don't leave it too late. Defiantly worth a visit!!

The best steak I've had in a long time. All the food was great, cooked as ordered. Waitress was always smiling and friendly. Every thing was delivered in a timely fashion. Very reasonably priced, all entree's were priced $2 to $3 less than other restaurants in the area. Homemade bread was awesome and the cheesecake was to die for! This... More

We ate at Hatch's Station a couple of times while visiting Bryce. The good news is that their ribs are meaty and fall off the bone delicious. Also, their sandwiches are great. The Reuben, although not piled a mile high like some NY delis, was as good as anywhere. Fries are really crisp on the outside and pretty much perfect.... More

We were staying at Hatch station (if you are looking at it do read the review I give of it, they are separate entitites in my mind). The restaurant is fun and delicious. The fun part is they have old menus from the dining car of old trains. It is small. There were only other adults when we were there,... More

How could anyone pass up delicious finger licking homemade bbq pulled pork sandwiches? Homey..friendly..warmest owner who helped us with our trip planning and gave local lore. A must stop for fresh food and heart warming atmosphere.
