The place to eat in Hatch!

Friendly staff, interesting decor, quality food! This is a great spot for classic American fare at a reasonable price. We ate breakfast and a dinner here and both were satisfactory. It's a diner. Nothing special. We stopped for an ice cream and the staff seemed super put off to be at work. Milk shake and ice cream sundae were mediocre.

Poor service, poor selections. Food is cheap, poor quality ingredients. In the heat of the desert they don't even offer water at your table. Keep driving and find something better.

Happened to notice this place driving to Bryce early in the morning, and decided to stop in for lunch our our way back. While the well priced food was 'just' good (although the milkshakes were exceptional), the atmosphere of the diner, along with the owners, is what makes this place. The inside walls are all decorated with autographed pictures of... More

Solid diner food with Bryers ice cream. The very young (13 years old) waiter was very polite and efficient but told me the chicken sandwich was made with a grilled chicken breast - it was fried. Tried to think if my 13 yr old son would know the difference - maybe not. You get a 20% discount on breakfast if... More

Absolutely wonderful real American style diner with all the trappings. Great hosts, good fried egg with bacon and wonderful French toast. Coffee unlimited refills, a great way to start the day!

We went to Galaxy Diner for dinner and were the only ones. There were three people working, including a very nice cook. The only thing is: the food wasn't that great. The fifties atmosphere is cool, but the food tasted like food from the freezer. I guess that's why it was on our table so quick. We didn't go back... More

Was traveling from Zion to Bryce late in the day and luckily found this gem. Nice diner atmosphere, excellent service and great food! My girl had the strip (see pic) and I the ribs, which were absolutely melt in your mouth delicious! Didn't go for desert but the ones coming out looked good! Great stop between the parks and especially... More

We found this place by chance, spending our night in Hatch after the visit to Bryce Canyon. In less than 24 hours we went twice for dinner and breakfast. Food was delicious, service is very friendly, prices super convenient. I definetely recommend it!
