This small cafe provides excellent choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their Mexican offerings have become my go to meals when dining here and I love the all their choices!

We almost passed this tiny place but noticed it on TripAdvisor and pulled over. We visited the last week of their season so they were out of a few things, but our food was very good. Would definitely stop here again.

Whenever we travel to Southern Utah we make it a point to go through Hatch so we can eat at Cafe Adobe. The burgers are amazing. Everything we've had there we've loved. The meals are huge though so you might want to share.

Adobe is the most reliable restaurant in the Hatch/Panguitch area. Features nice burgers and sandwiches and excellent breakfasts.

Excellent service from very nice people but 1 breakfast is enough for two adults. Coffee was surprisingly excellent. We're New Yorkers and very fussy about our coffee - this was strong and delicious - even the Cuppocino (sp) was excellent.

The food was pretty good, esp for being in a no stoplight town like Hatch. My only "beef" (pun intended) was that I tried to order a beef dish and asked for the chef to leave the cheese out (I have total lactose intolerance) and he refused to do it. It is the first time in my life at any... More

I'm not sure I felt it quite lived up to it's rave reviews here, but still it was very good. I had a pork burrito which had some flavor to it unlike some I've had which were much more expensive. Generous serving and came with both sour cream and guacamole unlike many places these days where everything is extra. Very... More

We go to the Panguitch Quilt Walk every year and make the drive to Hatch to eat at Cafe Adobe. There are only 1 or 2 restaurants in Panguitch that are worth eating at so we plan a day at Bryce Canyon finishing up with dinner in Hatch. It has changed in the past year to a combo ice cream... More

After enjoying quality food and service here for 2 years we have been very disappointed with both the food and the service we've experienced this year. Dry and tasteless chicken fajita was probably the worst I've ever had , nowhere near the quality you would find at any Chili's . The new waitresses are inept and clearly not interested in... More
