Good on a hot day, but they could up their game in the shake department. They should invest in a blender.

Super good shakes. But man oh man don't go if you think you are going to be in and out of the place in 5 minutes. They aren't in a hurry. It's clean.

Out in the middle of nowhere, there is this excellent grill. We make a special effort to arrive here at breakfast or lunch time. You couldn't expect better food and the prices are quite fair for this part of the country. Last time we had blueberry pancakes and chocolate chip pancakes, as good as I've ever had, for $4.99. Nice... More

The sign says "World Famous Burgers", not world's best burgers. This is a worn out diner in Hanksville. We just had a great ride on Rte 95 that is amazing and we'll be in Capitol Reef NP soon, but we need some sustenance. Pleasant girl took our order at the counter and relayed it to her short order cook. The... More

We first stopped here after coming off the trail from backpacking. The food is good old, down home cooking. Excellent pancakes, and they make their own syrup. We made a point of stopping again on our way home. The staff are very nice people. I could sit out on the porch and sip coffee all morning. Love this place.

We stopped at blondie's for a quick breakfast. We only had the breakfast sandwiches but they were excellent. Prepared from scratch, even the eggs, they were hot and flavorful. Not alot of choice in Hanksville but this was a very good start to the day

We had lunch and breakfast at Blondie's and were impressed not only by the great quality food and fair prices but the over-the-top friendliness of the staff. they treated us like they had been waiting for us all day and were genuinely glad we came.

We were biking (bicycling) through Utah and had stayed in Hanksville the night before. We wanted to get on the road early, so planned a 7AM breakfast at Blondie's. Scooter (Blondie's daughter) was having car trouble so arrived a bit late to find 16 hungry cyclists standing at the front door. She handled things with aplomb. Coffee was ready in... More

The first time going through this little town there were two young ladies working there and one doing the cooking. They were chatting between themselves so much that they did not get our order straight, so we left without eating. The second trip there was today. I ordered a Carmel Milk Shake along with a bacon burger. I specifically asked... More
