Menu is not highly varied, but there's something there for most tastes. Atmosphere is fun and servers are nice. The place is busy. Don't let that stop you from going in. Food was tasty and beer great.

You would think of something called a Tavern as a dark place to get drunk. This couldn't be further from that. It is a cheery local place with a lot of character and there were plenty of families eating here with small children. The food is simple but good. I had a classic cheeseburger and my wife had the Teriyaki... More

Waiting for our hotel room to be ready we were looking for a place to watch The Masters golf and have a beer and something to eat. Ray's was recommended and we're glad we went. Big screen tvs and awesome burgers with local draft beers on tap. Couldn't believe how many people came in just for the burgers. Counted 12... More

We travelled through Utah in October 2013 and stayed in green River for a night. It was during the shutdown and we were quite depressed, as we just had passed Arches without being able to enter the National Park. The Burger´s with French Fries made us smile that evening, as they were really good. As they were not cheap, I´d... More

I live in Salt Lake City but every time we make the trip through Green River we always stop here. The price has gone up over the years but that's what happens when such a great place gets more and more popular, best burger you can get. The price does include the best fries in the world, most places you... More

Kind of expensive for a hamburger. Didn't seem like a hand pressed, but was good. Real fries were great.

Well, probably the only tavern with burgers in this area of Utah. Good burgers, great home fries. I travel from Colorado to Salt Lake regularly and make it a point to stop in to get a burger, forgoing the freeway chains. Comfortable highway tavern in Utah...go figure!

There is not a whole lot to chose from for places to eat in Green River, but this Steak and hamburger joint was adequate, but expensive. They only serve wine and beer.

We've eaten at Ray's several times. The food is good, especially the fries. But if you are in a hurry, forget it. We were there last week and waited an hour to get our food. It was busy but really, an hour? We were seated in the back and couldn't be seen easily by wait staff so I think we... More

Ordered the cheeseburger & Fries and they added Jalapeños on it for me. Cheeseburger was great & the Fries were fresh cut and fresh from the fryer. If you are driving thru it is a great place to stop if you want a great burger.
