Great except...

We raced from Grand Junction to Green River one evening to get to Ray's before it closed. The burgers are tasty and the guys behind the counter are great. The only downside to this experience came in the name of Stacy. She is the most unpleasant waitress/person we'd met in a long time. She made... read more

Good food, good beer, excellent atmosphere. I may have been from out of town but I felt very much at home here. If you're passing through/staying in Green River and want a few beers, Ray's is a great stop. No hard liquors though.

After the buildup on Trip Advisor, I admit that I was underwhelmed when I walked in. It was a weekday after summer, so I should have expected a small crowd. Turned out that the burger was really good. And so was the beer. Good call. Thanks Trip Advisor.

We stopped in on our way across Utah! We had a cheeseburger and fries and beer! Everything was delicious and service was excellent! Love the small town feel! Highly recommend!

The Steaks, Hamburgers, Chicken and Pork Chops are yummy! They should add on to the inside. Where they are cooking needs to be in back and larger grill. Also would like it better if middle tables matched the booths!!

Small town Utah bar/tavern with food. Burgers, a few steaks, some Mexican entrees, fries, and beers. An old warped, but sorta clean, wood floor, Basque dining [more than one party together at large tables] in the back room. Nothing was bad, some was pretty good, so overall actually decent for what it is. Give it a try for a roadhouse... More

We were heading from Colorado to Nevada, and Green River seemed a good spot for lunch, so I pulled up the TA site and looked, and there was Ray's, right on top. We walked in to a comfortable bar with beautiful wood slab tables, and a tiny kitchen at one end. I ordered iced tea and the bacon burger and... More

This little tavern/local bar served up one of the best tasting hamburgers I've ever had. The service here is excellent and their Wascatch porter is a very good dark beer. For those looking for a lot of menu choices, their menu is somewhat limited - focusing mainly on beef entrees.
