Unique! No other way to describe it. This replica kiva perched on the cliffs above Calf Creek is beautiful. Naturally cooled they don't even need A/C when it is hot outdoors. The food was very good - companion had the veggie quesadilla and I had eggs and bagel (note breakfast available until 3pm!). Both excellent! The rasberry lemonade was recommended... More

This review is long overdue. We visited this little gem in early May, and had a wonderful breakfast, accentuated by a marvelous view and pleasant service. The setting is ideal, looking over a large canyon and built into the surroundings so it is not visible from the road. The menu is eclectic and not standard breakfast fare, with good coffee... More

Great place to have breakfast or lunch or a little "pick-me-up." Beautiful design of the building. Service is very friendly. Very enjoyable.

We ALWAYS stop here on every trip up or down highway12. The view from the kiva shaped restaurant is splendid and the food is all made fresh when ordered. The pastries are quite yummy too.

This was a pleasant peaceful little cafe to enjoy a beverage and pastry. It is designed with a Native American Kiva in mind. From what we heard from a local person, it was designed by an 82-year old man and some of the workers were Native Americans. I had a delicious cookie and smoothie and my husband had coffee and... Pretty good coffee with a view. They have some really cool pottery for sale. Reasonably priced. The building is really cool with a wonderful view of the area.

While driving Route 24 from Bryce Canyon National Park to Capitol Reef National Park, we stopped at Kiva Koffeehouse for desert. We had heard many wonderful things about the deserts and we were not disappointed; our chocolate cake was moist and decadent. We enjoyed the views from the multiple windows surrounding the restaurant.

We read in a guide about scenic by-way 12 that this place was great. We initially drove past it because it is so small and unassuming. The kiva-like architecture is beautiful and fits the site overlooking the river / canyon below perfectly. We ordered iced coffee drinks, smoothies and wraps--all were excellent and delivered promptly by the kind and attentive... More
