My favorite is the Pork Barbacoa salad. So very tasty. Be sure to try the Tres Leches cake, it's the perfect finish (if you have enough room in your belly after eating the generous portions).

I've been coming to cafe rio for a long time. I rarely get sick of it! The pork salads are incredible and I'm not normally a salad eater! You can't go wrong eating here!!

Great food , terrible parking. The food is the same at all the locations so find another place, like the quarry pit location. Easy access and faster service. Anyway, good food if you can find a parking place in Draper.

Cafe Rio food is always delicious. I like the beef tostada because it has fewer calories and the cost is more reasonable than their salad. Try the salad if you're hungry and cost is not an issue. Also try their mint limeade. It's refreshing any time of the year

We eat here an average of once every one or two week always ordering take out over the phone for fast pickup or dropping in to get in the line. I have tried most of the menu items and they are all good. I've gone here at all hours of the evening and they are always busy. Even when there... More

The food is always good at Cafe Rio--the reason the lines are long, it crowded and noisy. But they move you through very quickly. If it's your first time, get the pork burrito enchilada style. You can't go wrong with that. It's too sweet for me now though, so I usually get the salad or the fish tacos, with lots... More

Cafe Rio is always on our list of places to eat at in the Utah area. The pulled pork is great and is a family favorite.

I love Cafe Rio and this location is really great. Excellent service and great food. The location is great and right off the freeway as well. You will hit a line during the lunch and dinner rush, but they move you along quickly. Highly recommend!

I had the burrito, enchilada style. Tasted great! Very noisy place, though, which made it hard for me to hear to order. Loud rap music not my style

Each time I go here I say I will never go back because the food is ok but everything else you have to go through makes it not worth it. Long lines too many people reminded me of the cafeteria in grade school.
