My wife and 12-year-old son and I ate at the Lone Star Steakhouse in Centerville on the evening of 31 August 2007. Our experience was very mixed. We were seated quickly and our waitress was friendly and professional. We ordered hot wings for an appetizer, and they were good -- maybe a little bit too vinegary, but meaty and tender.... more
