This is on overpriced fast food place with bad food. There are almost no other options for lunch so I wish we had paid more attention on the road to find another place to eat.

We didn't enjoy eating here - yes we were looking for quick, cheap and cheerful but it was not good. The counter service was not particularly friendly and the food was not great either, far from appetising, poor quality ingredients and certainly not a pleasure to eat. It was crowded with the usual problems that produces but the overall atmosphere... More

Nothing to write home about. Hot dogs & onion rings were decent. Burgers, fries, nuggets - not good. The nuggets were Tyson frozen Dino Nuggets, deep fried. Place was dirty, dirty, dirty. Never saw anyone clean the dining room & it was a mess. Service was slow & they shorted us food - we had to go back twice to... More

My family didn't like the quality and the taste of this fast food. Almost the same as McDonalds, but with a higher price. Would be better to drive few miles further and take a Subway sandwich.

Let me start with the positives, hmmm the fountain drink was good. That's about it. This is a fast food joint with below average food. Someone in our party wanted a salad, but they were out so she asked for the fruit cup, but they were out of that too. The poor girl at the counter must have been new... More

This place is terrible. I had a grilled chicken sandwich, and the "Wonder Bread" bun was the most tasty part of the meal. If you want fast food, try the Subway a couple miles north.

I would not advise anyone to use this diner - the food was nearly cold - I had a latte which was only lukewarm. We only used it as the restaurant had a huge queue but wished we had waited.

This place was recommended to our large group by the hotel staff. I called to ask about bringing a large group and was told it was no problem. When we arrived, they were serving a huge group in a separate room and all the tables were full in the rest of the restaurant. They assured us they could handle it,... More

HA, HA. Re-read all of the reviews for this diner, and must say we didn’t have as bad an experience as most listed. We were turned off by the “kitsch” atmosphere of many of Ruby’s “themed” establishments, but did shop at their well-provisioned general store more than once which had a little of everything! Ordered a large(est) pizza-to-go from Canyon... More
