Place is called a diner. This is a lie. It's a fast-food joint (you order at the counter, not from a waiter), they hand you trays of food, you find your own plastic table... staffed completely by (Asian?) teenagers...? that's ok but this is NOT a "western" "Canyon diner" by any stretch. But appearance doesn't matter: THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE.... More

Tour busses, big groups, families, high turnover. Not you average roadside fare. Nice choices, good service and prices. Buffett is just too ez and good to bother with the menu most of the time. Mostly homemade . Nice suprise,

This was THE worst meal of our entire national parks trip...... Ruby whoever she is, seems to have a monopoly on everything near Bryce. Seeing as everything Ruby owns is terrible and overpriced we thought we'd head to the diner and just brace ourselves for some fast food to avoid paying so much more at the other options around. It... We were looking for a quick lunch and I made the mistake of not checking tripadvisor first. This is NOT a diner, it's just a fast food burgers and hot dogs place. It wasn't the worst fast food I've had, but it definitely wasn't very good. Service was good, but that's about it.

This place sucks, in fact anything with the name Ruby (the whole of Bryce City is pretty much owned by one massive 'family' group) is a complete rip off and I would recommend not wasting your time. We ordered a 7 inch pizza and it was about 4 inches. It was the most expensive and poor quality fast food (ie... More

This was by far the worst place we ate at on our entire 12 day trip. We just got done with Bryce Park and wanted something to eat, we stopped in this area because we figured there wouldn't be much else around. Once I saw the word Diner, I thought it would be decent. Note to Owners: You are not... More

It is supposed to be a diner, but you order from the counter and you get nothing better than the worst fast food (think plastic cheese). Price is reasonable and the place is very clean. You think it would be better, as it is located next to Ruby's Inn and take's its name, but it is not.

This is not really a diner. It is just your average fast food place with burgers, pizza etc. Only came here because there's not much else around Bryce Canyon. Having said that, my cheeseburger with fries was OK.

Horrible food that makes you mad that you payed such a high price for!! I am not sure what type of meat was in the burger- It didn't even have a beef taste!! It was highway robbery to pay such a high price for what we received!! Would NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND!!!

After the hike down the Navajo Trail we were hungry so we decided to give this place a try. It was really a fast food restaurant but that was fine with me. I'm adaptable. We ordered a 15" combo pizza that cost about $25. It fed four of us comfortably. Not a bad deal for lunch. The flavor wasn't bad... More
