This restaurant is in the middle of Utah where one would think impossible to find healthy food let alone vegetarian and vegan options. The restaurant menu has quite a few of these dishes, they use a lot of local, seasonal ingredients. And all the ones my family tried were delicious. The staff was also very knowledgeable, friendly and cheerful. A... More

We loved the food here, and drove a fair distance in order to eat there, after reading good reviews. This review should have been written 7 weeks ago when the experience was more easily remembered, but the memory of the meal and setting is still vivid.

Tucked away on a highway with breathtaking scenery. Lovely to sit on deck and eat tasty, imaginative food. Good service. Recommend the smoked trout quesadilla.

To find this kind of creativity, support, love and fabulous food in the literal middle of nowhere is a miracle. Locally sourced, authentic, delicious and beautiful food is hard to find in a city. Let alone with millennia of rock formations around you. Eat, let you soul be nourished. If that doesn't appeal, keep going to Vegas.

Had a wonderful lunch at this cute spot in remote Boulder, Utah. A rare gem, and quite unexpected. We had the best meal of our trip while sitting on the porch watching a butterfly circle the flowers in the front. Food was interesting, imaginative and delicious! All of our dishes were superb. We would be fat if we stayed in... More

We learned of the Grill while doing a Google search of local Jeep trails and found Hell's Backbone trail. It was as good as the best reviews on Tripadvisor. Price wound up being a little high due to wanting to try an appetizer and lunch and dessert! But well worth it. Very worthwhile stop in a very cool location. Will... More

Love love love this place! We plan trips around going there yearly at least! I tell all my friends and coworkers about it and they have all loved it as well! Fresh locally grown foods done with an amazing flare!

Nice restaurant with organic produce, interesting food. One of the few restaurants in the area and certainly the only one in its class. A bit expensive but worth it. A destination. Staff was helpful if a bit precious.

Frankly, I was expecting to be blown away based on all I had read about the restaurant. We even stayed two nights at the lodge just to eat here. We had dinner one night and breakfast the next morning. The food on both occasions was good but not memorable. Perhaps I had set my expectations too high. The high point... More

I chose this restaurant for breakfast while on our road trip based upon TripAdvisor reviews. We were not disappointed. The ambiance is comfortable country, our server, Andy, was cheerful and friendly and, although pricey, the food is exceptional! The restaurant is environmentally conscious and even grows some of their own vegetables. I opted for their Backbone Breakfast which included 2... More
