Upscale Dining in Historic Bluff... Enjoy the charm of a rustic, old trading post with exposed timber and beam ceilings, clay plastered cob walls, and Navajo and Anasazi inspired murals and floors. Antique lights and local art add to the warmth and romantic ambience of this distinctly western historic building. What started as a lovingly restored trading post with a coffee bar serving our celebrated European style espresso, has turned into a full service restaurant with award-winning wines, fine dining, patio dining in spring and summer, and a warm wood stove in the winter. Chef Szczodrowski prepares the freshest foods with the most flavorful local ingredients. A cozy restaurant and gallery for friends to gather and enjoy sweeping views of canyon country, Comb Ridge is a unique Four Corners experience.

An unexpected oasis in the middle of no where!

We were very hungry and needed breakfast. Suddenly, and I do not exaggerate, we saw the Comb Ridge on the side of the road and it looked different than anything we'd seen in the area. We parked and went inside. The decor was lovely, the menu interesting and the ingredients they use are quality. I... read more

I have eaten in 5 star restaurants. This restaurant is just below five star quality. The quality, presentation of my meal, and taste were excellent. I will return there tomorrow. It is worth going out of my way to visit. This restaurant is head and shoulders above anything else for miles around. For the quality of the meal, the prices... More

Needed some nourishment in Bluff, Utah, on a Sunday night. Not expecting much. Across from our motel off the dark highway was this little shanty-looking place lit up with tiny white lights. We took a chance. Had arugula salads with dates and split a yummy berry cobbler. I might have expected to find a place like this in Sedona, not... More

So, here you are in the middle of nowhere with few options and, as unlikely as it might seem, a fabulous restaurant appears. We had a couple of breakfasts and one dinner and were quite pleased. The food was creative and well executed and unquestionably a step above any restaurant within several hours' drive. But, a warning: when you're in... More

A small restaurant in an even smaller town, this is a surprise. The staff is professional and the menu, and meals, simply outstanding. Only open for dinner (try the pasta) and breakfast (blue corn pancakes), it is worth every penny, and more.

This is an unexpected treat in the middle of the desert. We expected little and found great service, wonderful setting, very nice presentation, and surprisingly good menu. The green salads were fresh and nicely prepared. My wife's chicken was scrumptious. I don't recall my main course, but the wside of polento was the best I've ever had. We don't usually... More

The restaurant obviously started just some weeks ago to serve lunch and dinner which is indeed a very good idea, given that the breakfast has been for quite a while a highlight in this small village. The food is creative and very good; the service very friendly and the atmosphere extremy nice. Don't miss to go there when you happen... More

Selected this restaurant to entertain our new state Film Commission Director based on local recommendations and user reviews. Wow! I'm beyond favorably impressed. My job takes me on international trade missions over 150 days each year. Fine dining is an expected part of the global sales routine. No one would expect to find a world class gem like this in... I knew I was planning to drive through Bluff, saw the great reviews here, then checked Comb Ridge's web site, which said it was open till 12:30 for breakfast. We arrived about 10:50, so I was surprised to hear the staff say that it closes at 11 every day. They later promised to fix their site, but be warned. And... More

We chanced on this restaurant, and had a wonderful meal. The food and service were both excellent. Although the menu is limited, there was a nice variety of dinner items available and we all enjoyed our choice: chicken, pasta, and polenta. The prices seemed reasonable for the quality and presentation of food and the decor - tablecloths even!! Will definitely... More
