Upscale Dining in Historic Bluff... Enjoy the charm of a rustic, old trading post with exposed timber and beam ceilings, clay plastered cob walls, and Navajo and Anasazi inspired murals and floors. Antique lights and local art add to the warmth and romantic ambience of this distinctly western historic building. What started as a lovingly restored trading post with a coffee bar serving our celebrated European style espresso, has turned into a full service restaurant with award-winning wines, fine dining, patio dining in spring and summer, and a warm wood stove in the winter. Chef Szczodrowski prepares the freshest foods with the most flavorful local ingredients. A cozy restaurant and gallery for friends to gather and enjoy sweeping views of canyon country, Comb Ridge is a unique Four Corners experience.

This bistro is a diamond in the middle of beautiful Southeastern Utah. THEY ONLY SERVE BREAKFAST AND DINNER! The staff is very helpful and friendly. I will return here and highly recommend it! Interesting dishes!

Stopped in Bluff for a night recently while touring the national parks in the four corners area. Had amazing food at dinner so returned for breakfast in the morning. Lacks absolutely nothing in food quality, creativity, menu selections, service, or ambience. One of our highlight stops on a 17 day trip.

Stayed in the lodge ( very good BTW ) oposite site of the street . Restaurant was not recommended to us - fine dining and we have 2 children. But we tried however. And it was great. Nice atmosphere inside. There was no problem with servicing our children. Food was top quality including it´s visual presentation. Very polite and willing... More

Bluff is a small town in Utah with a population of only 300 people or so where we stayed last way on our way from Moab in Utah to Monument Valley...however it was a well chosen evening stopover...as well as the Desert Rose Inn which was great accommodation, it has the Comb Ridge Bistro...an excellent (and sophisticated for the location)... I ate dinner there--it was nice to have a finer dining option than the local cafes. The food was very good and presented beautifully. I would have liked a better wine list to match the food. I think the prices were higher than necessary for some items. The service was excellent and the space is really nice. A great addition... More

Our prices are higher than the diner cafes in bluff because we buy non factory farmed meats, eggs, and milk from small farmers that we drive two hours one way to meet. Milk: $4.70/half gallon, eggs $4.50/dozen...one week of Meats--- more than i make personally in a month Glad you enjoyed the dinner. Thank you for supporting high quality ingredients... More

We stayed in the lodge nearby and didn't expect to find such an excellent restaurant in such a small town. All our meals were excellent and one of the best in our 3 week tour. Came back for a really good breakfast the following morning. Worth a long trip to eat here.

Breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed both meals. For breakfast...don't miss the blue corn pancakes and eggs. Choose the bacon over the sausage...the latter was much too spicy. Interestingly they do not serve bread with dinner...period. I was talked into trying a glass of a local Utah cabernet and it was pretty good. In fact, I ordered a second glass. The... More

Your comments are wonderful -- thank you. Regarding sutcliffe wines: its a strange thing in utah, but even though we are an hour from the vineyard, we cannot purchase the wine directly from them. The wine has to be shipped six hours one way to salt lake city, processed by the state, and then shipped to the closest state liquor... More

Upscale service and food but not over priced. Meals are prepared by a real chef. Great flavor and presentation. It is a small place but it is big on flavor. Best place we ate at in Bluff.

And that is just what we did after reading those great reviews. We drove up from Monument Valley and decided to eat dinner in Bluff, really? Yes, it was excellent and we booked another night at a Hotel, planning to explore Valley of the Gods the next day and, you guessed it, eat dinner once more at the Comb Ridge... More
