We have been stopping at this restaurant in Beaver for decades ever since my father introduced us to it in the 80's. We usually spend the night in Beaver since it is approximately half way between the beginning and ending of the trip. The food is always excellent but on our trip thru there in January of this year, we... More

Located off I-15 in the middle of nowhere, this restaurant was a very pleasant surprise. It looks like a typical small-town mom & pop eatery, but the food was great--imaginative, attractively presented, and tasty. The owner/chef, it turns out, has some professional training and brings a genuine love of good food to his work. The placewas jam-packed when we were... More

Just average fare, nothing to rave or complain about. Cannot even remember exactly what we had since it was not memorable.

Out in the middle of rural Utah we found this great family-owned restaurant! We are always looking for non-chain places to eat, so we were glad to learn about Timberline. The restaurant (including the bathrooms) was very clean, the service was friendly and prompt, the atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, and the food was delicious and delivered hot. We make... More

Great menu and excellent fresh cooked on location food at a good price. The dinner pasta entree's are worthy of a white linen table cloth and a fine wine list. Las Vegas eat your heart out.

We have stopped in this restaurant for over 20 years, on our stop on Fri the 17th of Jan 2014 we had finished eating and were playing with one of the peg games that they sell and unknown to me the waitress told my wife to shut up in a joking manner. My wife failed to inform me until we... More

The service in timberline restaurant is as wonderful as the food. We had six people with us and we enjoyed all the menu items we had. If you like monte cristo sandwiches they have the best. That is a hard sandwich to find in a restaurant especially a good one!

Nice server, very good portions. Chicken quesadilla was large, thick and LOADED with cheese. Salad bar was fine, nothing special. BUT be aware no alcohol is served here. That was our only disappointment as we had been driving all day, had checked in to our motel and were looking forward to a cold beer.

Food was excellent at a good price. Need to clear tables more often, but otherwise we really like to eat here when we are in town.
