The complete name for this restaurant is "Salt and Pepper Mediterranean Bistro". The owner is a lovely lady whose former home is Greece (she gave us sound advice about when to visit Greece for the best wine selections). We made our reservations the night prior to the busiest night in Wichita Falls (the Hotter n' Hell Hundred bicycle event). She... More

We found this gem of a restaurant by following all the reviews and ratings here on Trip Advisor. The Sea Bass was exquisite and filet melted in my mouth! The excellent service was very personable. We love this place and will be back next time we are visiting Wichita Falls!

Wanted to try this but it was closed, not open on Sunday and it had odd hours of operation. Must try to fill one hundred character write up. Lol

Wichita Falls is not a great place for restaurants, but the atmosphere here was nice and the food was high quality. I had great romantic time and enjoyed food.

This is a great place to eat. We met the owner and she was very nice and helpful. She picked out a good wine. Our waiter was awesome also. The food was great and we will definitely eat there when we are back in town!!! :)

Salt and Pepper does have some nice menu items, the lamb is good and the tzatziki is a good starter. Wichita is a chain restaurant nightmare so it nice to have something original. The tables and chairs could use a makeover and the waiter we had was awful reaching over dinners, serving expired Greek beers and knowing little to nothing... More

The ambiance is what makes this restaurant so nice. In my opinion it is the classiest restaurant in Wichita Falls. Often a live saxophone player is playing jazz in the corner. It's darkly lit, and has an excellent wine selection. Call ahead because often they are closed for private functions, specially around the holidays.

Friends recommended the bistro, and we're so glad we followed up on it. Not a typical WF restaurant! Sophisticated quiet atmosphere, yet warm and inviting. Great service👏👏👏
