I have eaten here a couple of times while in Wichita Falls on business. I will eat there again. Everything we ordered was prepared properly, had good flavor, was reasonably priced and delivered with friendly service. We had a guest from Memphis Tennessee and they couldn't believe the quality of the steak for the price. They went back for lunch... More

After eating at McBride's for the last forty years I can honestly say they have the absolute best steak you can eat for hundreds of miles. Part of the reason is the meat is grilled over mesquite and the meat is high quality. My wife loves the mesquite grilled salmon. The menu has a nice selection. The prices are very... More

This is a must visit!! We were in town visiting and were told to stop here. Great advice!! The food is pure Texas, high quality in every way and a lot of it. The place is built for all to enjoy. There were many families eating there as well as couples. The staff were very helpful and knew there subject... More

Been going here since I was a kid. Consistently one of the best. The steaks are excellent and service great. Old school steak house. If you want a fancier atmosphere. Try Fat Mcbride's newer restaurant. Across town.

This may be the worst steak house I've ever eaten at with a rib eye (10oz) that had no resemblance to any ever eaten before. They are using the worst grade of meat I have ever experienced and one your pet carnivore would look at with a practiced eye and possible refuse. The service was swift and attentive and so... More

On the road hoping for a nice steak dinner. Was not expecting the filet mignon dinner to be as enjoyable and inexpensive as it was. The service was excellent (thank you Tara), especially with the large, waiting list crowd. The meal was satisfying and prompt, the coconut shrimp appetizer was excellent. Don't let the parking lot and building, or the... More

This is truly the best steakhouse in Wichita Falls, Do not get it confused with McBride's on Maplewood. Different owners and totally different food. This one...locals call it McBride's downtown...is awesome! Everything cooked to perfection!

Perfect combination of great food, outstanding service and reasonable price. The only thing missing is ambiance. I'll sacrifice ambiance for the other three.

Don't be confused! The best place to eat in Wicita Falls is McBride's on SCOTT ST. Not the McBride's on Maplewood! Everything on the menu is consistantly delicious. Whatever you are in the mood for from a big steak to fish or even enchiladas! You just can't go wrong choosing this restaurant!
