We went to this restaurant during the lunch hour. It was not extremely crowded but many had said this was a great place to eat. It was ok but you really had to know what you were desiring to order. The food was good but not outstanding. Kind of expensive for a lunch in a place such as this. We... More

One of my favorites, I used to go a lot when I lived here. Now I make sure to go with friends when I visit just like our younger days. The restaurant has been there for ages, and it's decorated Mexico style, still has the flip-page pay-for-music selectors at the booths. Good Tex-Mex food at reasonable prices in a comfy... More

Neat place to eat downtown. if you are in the mood for Tex-mex. Try the red tacos. Its their claim to fame. And they are pretty tasty.

Red taco plate is very tasty. The taco shells are soaked in something that stains it red and it cooks up thick but light and crispy nut crunchy. The restaurant has a red wine sauce that goes well with the tacos and chips. Make sure to ask for it and try it. The beans are good as is the rice... More

Red tacos?! Yes! For anyone new to Wichita Falls, this is a place you must try once. Come with an open mind: the food is great, but it is not your typical Tex-Mex. The chips are homemade and thick - like big Fritos. :) The hot sauce (which is the best in town) is H-O-T, just the way we like... More

This is one of my favorite restaurants in town. It is just the same as 25 years ago when I lived here and I will eat here every time I come back. Must eat the "red tacos" and use plenty of sweet wine sauce. That is magic sauce. I would love to take this restaurant and open one in my... More

We have been eating here since I was a kid. I always loved the red tacos and the queso, and they are still my favorite. Even though it is the same location, it doesn't feel old - they've maintained it very well. If you love Mexican food and want something different, give this a try.

I have to admit I have never eaten anything here except the red tacos. They are so good. Their salsa is very good, it is a little hot, but I like it. The chips are also very good. They are homemade and comes out warm. I like to spread butter on them. They are thick but not tough. They are... More

Deep in the heart of downtown Wichita Falls stands Casa Manana. One of few remaining downtown restaurants in Wichita Falls serving up delicious red tacos and enchiladas. Can't go wrong with the Special Enchiladas plate that comes with a red taco, three enchiladas and queso. We make this lunch stop at least every other week. Casa withstood a devastating fire... More

When they get it right there's no need to change anything! I always go for the Special Enchiladas! I get all my favorites that way. Every once in a while I'll go for the Chili Burger. It's delicious, too!
