I'm sure that Two Amigos has many great food options, but there is only one thing I order - a burrito. My friends, family, and I always order either a breakfast burrito (any time of day) or a burrito that is chicken or beef. All three options are excellent, enormous, and inexpensive. The burritos are usually about 15 inches long... More

We ate dinner at Two Amigos while in Waxahaches and really enjoyed our meal. This is a very small place with limited seating but we were able to find a table since we ate early. The food was excellent and the waitress was attentive. This is not the Mexican you find at Taco Bell, real authentic Mexican food.I highly recomend... More

Worth looking for, this smaller Mexican Cafe is truly worth your visit. Enjoy fresh food for a refreshing change. Dont forget breakfast there as well with a huge breakfast burrito that will feed the huge urge for a great mexican breskfast. Downside, need to spend a little more time cleaning the floor and baseboards-corners. Give um a try!

This is where the locals go. I did not grow up eating Mexican food, but some friends suggested we go to Two Amigos for lunch. It turns out that I don't actually know Mexican food, I had only had Tex-Mex. This is authentic Mexican food. The salsa is amazing! It's like nothing I've ever had in any other place. If... More

Pros: Fresh ingredients Made to order Most things taste great! Generous portions on some items Price justifies Cons: Odd service/Bad service - I understand they are busy but they rarely come back to the table. And speak little to no English. Slow - (made to order everything) Busy Small space (You can barely move inside) Top menu choices: Spanish Omelette... More

The food here is delightful! The tortilla soup is my favorite, but chicken enchiladas and chicken tacos are fantastic too. My husband loves the burritos. They are the size of a Sunday newspaper! Red sauce and green sauce are served with homemade chips as you wait. They are always good. The heat varies with how hot the peppers are that... More

Eaten here multiple times. The food is consistently delicious. Best for to go orders as the dining area is minuscule.

This is a hole in the wall restaurant that is always packed, so go early if you want a table. The owner and his family are in the open air kitchen and you can see how hard they work to make the meals taste so good. Waxahachie has about 20 Mexican retsaurants, but this one is the very best. What... More
