We were hungry for Italian and I found this little gem on Trip Advisor. We almost least due to the overcrowded parking situation but we located a spot and went inside. Once inside, we were greeted but an awesome waiter who have us great advise as to what to order. The place is a little run down but the food... More

I will give them the fact that everything is very reasonably priced. I just don't get why this restaurant has such great reviews. The food is just kind of blah. No where close to great but also not awful. We got a pizza and chicken parm. The staff was friendly. Parking is a bit of a nightmare.

This is a family owned restaurant./ anything on the menu is outstanding. Only use real butter and cream.Priced lower than fast food and a thousand times better. Great for family, lots of college kids.

It doesn't look like much on the outside, but the food was quite tasty. The manager was on hand and received our compliments graciously.. She welcomed us like we were old friends. Would recommend the large pizza for a family of four; enough to take home leftovers, if there are any. Will return again and again when in Waco for... More

We all enjoyed our meals. The best 2 of our 4 meals were baked manicoti and baked tortellini. The chicken Diavolo was OK, but could have had a little more sear. They did a good job flattening the chicken breasts. The spaghetti with meat sauce was spaghetti with tomato sauce that had crushed meatballs. The wait staff was really nice,... More

The atmosphere was lacking--seemed run down. My daughter's chicken Marsala was too salty but my eggplant Parmesan was average. Prices were good though.

Visited this restaurant with friends while traveling in Waco. The food was excellent and very inexpensive. Service was also very good. The only negative was that the restaurant is very old and definitely needs to be redone. The booth I was sitting at was in two pieces and I felt as if I was going to knock the seat part... More

Maybe we ordered the wrong things, but this was not a good place to eat for our group. I had Eggplant Parmesan Florentine and it was below average. The spinach must have been frozen and not fresh. The eggplant was not recognizable. Red sauce not thick or tasty. Poor. Another person in our group had a shrimp dish which was... More

The food is really tasty and very affordable. Although Baris is away from the university it is very much a college hang out so expect to see some youngsters. It is also a BYOB restaurant. But you will find families and older folks there also. Parking can be tight because they don't have a lot of spaces and the restaurant... More

I have eaten here several times, sometimes you have to wait but it is worth it. Pizzas are so good, bread is to die for. This is a regular stop when we come to Waco. It is a BYOB restaurant so no bar but hey much cheaper. They accomodated our large party when we made a reservation, not sure if... More
