Lunch today was grilled salmon, rice, broccoli & cheese, and green beans. Everything was excellent: in fact, it was better than the fish places. I do not know why this restaurant isn't rated higher. Service was fine. Only 2 things could possibly have made it better: a piece of bread or roll with lunch would have been good, and it... More

Travelling from Dallas to San Antonio, the hunger hit at Waco. This was our first trip to Cheddar's. It was off the major highway, but was worth the extra effort it took to find it. The menu was filled with many great choices. The Bar B Q Ribs were juicy and tender. One half rack was more than enough. The... More

The food is always good and fresh. I had fried catfish. The dessert was no good though. I got the mini shot glass key lime . It was all graham cracker crust. hardly anything else so I didn't eat it. I almost left before my food came though. The waitress had so much perfume on I had to cover my... More

I had the talapia with mango salsa. I was surprised when it arrived as some sort of Cajun dish. The seasoning was over powering and not too great. The fish should have been served a couple of weeks earlier. The croissants were good as usual, although I'm not thrilled with paying an extra buck each for them.. Our server was... More

We ate here on Sunday. Since it was Father's Day, we expected it to be crowded, so we got there early, before noon. We had the tower of onion rings, which were plentiful enough for three people. Mom had a chicken pot-pie which had big chunks of chicken and potatoes, along with peas and diced carrots, and a thick top... More

Food was fine but the service was slow and inattentive the bathrooms were filthy the manager not visible We could not get a lime for the Coke. They had not cut the limes for the day. Really at 2 in the afternoon. Just not what you would think would happen at a Cheddars.

This restaurant was very nice when it first opened. Loud , hectic atmosphere. Restrooms too filthy to use. Had us sit down and then totally ignored us. Finally a waiter came to our table. Took forever. Dessert was wrong when it came . Kitchen didn't look clean as I walked by. At least it matched the restroom.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a Cheddar's! Sheppards pie served cold salty and soggy. The meat was dark and dried out on top as though it sat for an hour before I got it. I got nauseous after 3I bites! The waitress cut me off twice when I tried to explain the problem. The margarita was... More
