This is the best breakfast in Waco. Café Capp is known for it's huge pancakes that are the size of your plate, but their other breakfast items (like the breakfast quesadilla, French toast and omelets) are good, too. I usually go with the egg combo, because you get a little bit of everything. It comes with 1 or 2 eggs,... More

My husband enjoyed a delicious waffle but I chose the eggs benedict. It was the best I have every eaten. Just thinking about it makes me want to make a trip there this week-end. The coffee is fresh. We loved it!

The food is always consistently good. This is THE PLACE for breakfast, a light lunch and a wonderful place to meet friends for good food and conversation.

I had the blueberry waffle and my wife had the banana-pecan pancake and both were excellent. The service was very good. The coffee was fair, which was a bit disappointing, considering it's a coffee house. Overall good and I plan to return again for breakfast.

Loved this quirky down town location with great breakfast menu. And the coffee was tasty. ________________

We seated ourselves. After a lengthy time our order was taken. It took so long to get our food I got up to go check and see what was wrong. All of the servers were huddled up in a small room by the bar area looking at someone's smartphone. Our food was cold. The worst grilled cheese sandwich I have... More

I would rate this place a five, but the service is horrendous. I go here often for breakfast, but have never had a good server. It once took 20 minutes to get creamer (eventually I got up and walked near the kitchens to ask for it myself). Despite the service, this is definitely the best breakfast/brunch spot in Waco.

Good place to meet friends, the food was not bad. Service was ok. Doubt we would go back. Had to wait for a table, waitstaff had a hard time getting the info right with the orders. Forgot some food items.

just had to review.. we had breakfast sat morning, nice service , absolutely horrible food. pancakes tasted synthetic, ham no flavor pre chopped food service , omelet was really sad, eggs benedict , artficial tasting sauce , not a good morning for 5 of us...there were lots of folks, evidently do not care what they eat...

The food is excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. There is nothing better on a Sunday morning than a BIG smile and hello and perfect coffee drink. This is the "go with parents" prefered spot, Enjoy!
