Wonderful staff, very helpful. The deluxe Mexican dinner is awesome and get the chips and queso and you have a great date night. No matter the weather outside, you have a great family atmosphere inside !

Rosa's is a Tex-Mex Food chain restaurant. The restaurant is family friendly, clean, and has good A/C, that is important for hot Texas weather. You order your food at the counter in front of the restaurant and pick up your meal at another counter when your number lights up on a display board. We went on Sunday and the food... More

Was so disappointed , hungry for good Mexican food but did not get it here. Food came out warm & not tasty. Where you order the food at cashier, girl was not friendly.

First visit to Rosa's but we will be back. Great variety, terrific food, fast service and a nice environment. This is a upscale Taco Bueno, order at the register, when your food is ready they post it on the electronic board and you get it yourself. Fixings bar is well stocked and kept clean. Drinks are also self-service. The tortillas... More

Traveling home on Easter from a reunion through Waco, saw a sign for Rosa's and of course, made a detour for lunch! Inexpensive great Mexican food with a lively atmosphere. Been to several Rosa's, the service, quality, quantity are always very good. We love the Taco dishes especially. However, it is not a trip to Rosa's without the tortillas, with... More

Tuesday nights is when you can save money on your order. The parking lot still isn't large enough for the loads of cars it brings in on that night. The drive thru is not recommended on those nights. We went inside to make our order. 20 minutes later, the same vehicles in line had just moved to the front to... More

This is fast food, made fresh, and pretty dang tasty. The prices were reasonable and the food came out quickly. They had a salsa bar with quite a few selections. Peppers, pico, and cilantro were also available. My family and I had the enchiladas. The sauce was good. Even my picky eater enjoyed them. The location was conveniently located to... More

Yes, the tortillas were hot and fresh, but the other menu items were somewhat lackluster. Yes, as is typical of Mexican fare, you do get a lot of filling, cheesy food for your money, but it wasn't as flavorful or spicy as I would have liked. I must admit to being a New Mexican, so may be a bit biased... More
