Rosa's is great!

Rosa's isn't fancy but it's good! The homemade tortillas are amazing!! We never have to stand in line long and the food is made very quickly. Affordable and fast, good food!

We stopped by Rosa's Cafe for dinner on Friday night. It was very busy and the acoustics are not the best so it was loud. The food was good/average.

The people here are always friendly. You get to see them make the tortillas through a glass wall. The food is always fresh and good. and cheap. It doesn't taste cheap. It's not a place where you sit down and they come take your order. You order at the counter. . The place is pretty it's fun. the service is... More

Whenever we are traveling through Texas we look for a Rosa's. Cheap good Mexican food. Especially on Tuesdays. I love the salsa bar! One of the best I've ever seen with so many "heat" choices right down to extra cilantro and limes.

OK so we use to live going here. We always would get the family fajitas and always enjoyed it. The last 3 times we have gone though there has been a huge issue with fly's buzzing around our food. This last time I got fed up and complained. The manager just said it was because we were near the door... More

I would say the chicken soft tacos I ordered were a little bland and skimpy on the fillings; beans and rice average, but the fresh flour tortillas were very nice and fluffy. Didn't quite save the day - I know three places in Waco that are clearly better.

Fast service, great selection of food and the tortillas are truly some of the best we've ever eaten, anywhere. Lots of space to sit ,so even if it looks crowded you should stop in and you won't wait long at all.

My husband ate at Rosa's on Sunday after the first Baylor football game this season. We both had the same thing: Beef fajita platter. It is awesome. It has beef fajitas with onions and peppers, rice, refried beans, and a fried tortilla cup with cheese, sour cream, and guamole. They also have a bar with pico, hot sauce, along with... More

On the plus side, the cashier was very freindly and helpful. I went for Taco Tuesdays. I got the crispy chicken tacos. Except by the time I drove just a short distance, the tacos were soggy. The chicken didn't taste much different than canned chicken. There were no seasonings at all except salt on the chicken, What is Tex-Mex about... More

Wonderful staff, very helpful. The deluxe Mexican dinner is awesome and get the chips and queso and you have a great date night. No matter the weather outside, you have a great family atmosphere inside !
