One of the best in Victoria

There are so few places in Victoria for ethnic fare, other than Mexican. We began sampling Noot's menu soon after they opened. We've had the pineapple fried rice, (our favorite served in a half pineapple) yellow curry chicken, panang chicken, pad thai and glass noodles. All were delicious. The... read more

The food and service was great. The Thai wasn't as spicy and in used to but it was tasty. Thai food is generally gluten free but make sure and ask all your questions.

To hear you enjoyed food and service is great! However, I'm surprised it wasn't as spicy as you anticipated. Believe me, I enjoy my Thai to be spicy as well, so my team and I are more than happy to crank up the heat for you! All the best, James M., Owner More

First time at this place and I already know I'll be back. The food had some really good flavoring and the spice, well more spice than I was ready for. Next time I'll dial the spice down, but my friend might take it up a notch. I had the glass noodle beef...portion was really too big, but it was too... More

And we can't wait to see you back, Matt! Sounds like the glass noodle beef hit the spot, so I'm glad to hear it. Next time you're around, let us know about the spice -- we'll be sure to make it the perfect level for you. All the best, James M., Owner More

I'm particular about my Thai food. If the TKG soup isn't flavorful and delicious, nothing will be delicious! I have eaten here half a dozen times in the past 3 months and I will say the soup has been consistently wonderful! Everything consumed thus far seems to have a lot of attention put into the preparation. The flavor combinations and... More

I know where you're coming from, Nikki -- a good TKG soup means good Thai food! Glad we could impress a big fan of Thai like yourself. I appreciate your recommendation and can't wait to welcome you back. All the best, James M., Owner More

We came for dinner and did not have a long wait. Our food came out at a decent speed, but it definitely was not very spicy. I asked for the medium hot and hardly tasted a thing. It was decent and we really like to the desserts, the mango and sticky rice as well as the fried banana. If you're... More

I'm sorry to hear if the spice level wasn't what you were looking for -- you definitely should have felt something at medium hot. We have no problem getting more spice added upon request -- I can surely bring the heat! Still, glad to hear you enjoyed the desserts here! I hope to welcome you back next time you're in... More

I have been searching for a top rated Thai cuisine restaurant for many years now. Well I finally found it in Victoria, Texas. I was first skeptical about this place, because of my past experiences in other reviews regarding Thai restaurants in South, Texas. I had high expectations, but after visiting past restaurants I was highly disappointed. However in this... More

Thrilled we could earn an A+ in your book! I know you were hesitant in trying out Thai places in the area, so I'm glad we could deliver on the taste you were looking for. I agree -- our restrooms are something we want to change, so that's something I'm looking into. I hope we can improve that and earn... More

Papaya salad was tasty, but the the Medium spice was much spicier than expected. I've lived in several countries in Asia and this was, by far, the spiciest "Medium" spice I've ever experienced. The Pineapple Fried Rice was a bit on the sweet side and was rather stingy with only 3 shrimp. Our Server, Nick, was extremely busy and when... More

I'm sorry to hear about service. As Nick is Thai himself, he's quite knowledgeable and is usually more than happy to answer questions about our dishes. We were short-staffed due to the holidays, so it's expected that service would be a bit slower than usual. I wanted to address your concerns about the pineapple fried rice as well. Along with... We enjoyed a wonderful meal at Noot's for Thanksgiving. We had the Thanksgiving Special Pineapple Fried Rice for our main dish. Yummy! So glad that they were open. Beautiful presentation of food as well. Server was so sweet and talked with us. It was a day to be thankful.

I was hesitant to eat here because I have not eaten much Thai food and I don't like curry. My son insisted we try Noots because he loves Thai. I ordered the Rice noodles with chicken. It was delicious!!! In fact, 2 days later when we left Victoria, I was craving Noots and want to go back!

Noot's is the on Thai restaurant in Victoria but is known throughout southwest TX. We have eaten there many times during our stay in Victoria and highly recommend it. My favorite Chicken Pad Thai and my wife has had several salmon dishes. You can't go wrong eating at Noot's.
