We really like Noot's Thai Kitchen. The food is very good and the ambiance is great. A real friendly staff. We surely eat there 3-4 time a month. We highly recommend.

I had a business lunch today, and visited Noots' for the first time. I was very pleased with my food, and my peers were also pleased with their choices. The servers were attentive and friendly. We had very little wait time to get our food. I am not one for very spicy foods, so played it "safe" for my first... More

It sounds like you got the Thai Salad ... If you like salads try some of the more traditional ones like Yum Woon Sen or the Yum Kai .... "Yum" means "Salad" in Thai language. Hope you enjoy your future adventurous dishes. More

I have eaten at Noot's several times and the food and service are always great. I usually either get one of the shrimp curries or their pad thai. It is all good and you can get it as spicy as you like. Definitely worth a try.

Thai Restaurants in America will Americanize their food and make it sweeter for American palates. That annoys me. I like Thai food like it is in Thailand. Occasionally, a Thai restaurant will accommodate those whom ask for authentic Thai cuisine. Noot's did that for me. So, the Green Curry wasn't too sweet. It was fabulous and it was spicy as... More

I agree with you on some places Americanizing and myself don't like going to a Thai restaurant with jalapenos instead of Thai chilis, that is a big let down for me. So about the appetizers and thank you for bringing to my attention. I have a feeling it was one of my Thai servers because they don't understand the hold... More

Quite a pleasant surprise on a business trip to Port Lavaca from the UK. Myself and colleague visited on midweek, the red Thai curry was perfect! Only thing I can moan about was that the main came while we we still eating the starters...

Thanks for visiting, especially of how far you came, and for liking our food. Sorry about the disruption on your appetizer with your entree coming out. We are striving for a fine dining experience and this is one of those things we are trying to work on. (It is also a little bit of a cultural thing with some of... More

I usually go here with my daughter so she can order for me. However, recently went alone. Food was really good. Asked for no or low heat - came out just fine. Maybe, only drank one or two extra glasses .hot tea! Service is great and friendly. Prices are very reasonable.

Be careful with hot tea and spice, hot temperatures can intensify the feeling. Also heard brushing your teeth directly before eating something spicy can make you cry more too. ;-) More

Tom Kha soup with chicken was SO delicious. Just the right amount of spice. Other dishes we tried were good as well. Good service, good value!

I went there last week , everything unorganized service and terrible food . I order Padthai very greasy and over cooked noodles and my boyfriend order shrimp green curry , taste like water. Based on the numerous favorable reviews here, my coworker and I stopped in during a business trip to the area. I do not understand all the praise for the food. My test for a Thai restaurant is the Pad Thai. Much like a good pizzeria will turn out a stellar Margherita pizza, the Pad Thai is my benchmark. Unfortunately, Noot's... More

I myself do agree with you that the Pad Thai dish is the main dish of a Thai restaurant and will determine its success, and I am not saying we are the best but it is our number 1 selling dish. We can not please everyone because everyone has different taste buds but others have complimented us on our Pad... More
