Texas Roadhouse in Tyler, Texas offers the customer a great value for the money. the staff is very courteous and helpful, they seem to care about getting your meal correct and to your liking. They will even take special orders, if they can accommodate you.

Recently while in Tyler on business myself and a co-worker decided to eat our dinner at the Texas Roadhouse. We had both been to other Texas Roadhouses in other locations and had pleasant experiences. We were not disappointed with this location as well. Although we arrived at about 6PM on a weekday we did not have to wait which was... More

I have been going to Texas Roadhouse in Tyler, Tx. regularly for over 15 years. I have only had one negative experience in all those years and it was corrected promptly and courteously. I love their prime rib and their "cowboy" bone-in ribeye. The latter of these is for a "Texas-size" appetite because it is about 20-24 ounces. You can... More

If there is one in any town, normally I will stop here to eat. The ribeyes are excellent, the bread is always fresh and soft and they offer my favorite BLUE CHEESE dressing. This is also located only a half a mile from my hotel (LaQuinta Inn and Suites - University Area). I recommend this for family, friends and business... More

I was starving for a steak. Traffic was terrible, the weather was terrible and I saw Texas Roadhouse was easy to get to. What a disappointment. The food was okay but the service - wow the service took disgruntled to a whole new level. Everyone from the hostess(or whatever the PC term to use is) to the waitstaff seemed to... More

In my opinion, this is the best steak place in Tyler. Of course you can pay more at other places or enjoy a little better atmosphere. However, for a really good, tender and always cooked correctly steak this is the place to go. Too many steak outfits cook everything some stage of “well done”, here they know how to cook... More

It's almost disappointing that a large chain like this serves consistently what is the best steak in Tyler. If you want rare or medium rare, they know what that means and serve it to you that way every time. There are much nicer restaurants in Tyler. And I've had better steaks in Tyler (Current's, Kiepersol, Dakota's, my house...) but at... More

A good, consistent restaurant. My husband loves the prime rib, and I really enjoy the salmon. We try to avoid going on Tuesday nights as kids eat free, and it's simply not worth the $6 we save. The noise and kids running around is obnoxious, so you wind up spending your savings and then some on drinks. Also good to... More

I love going to Texas Roadhouse. I take my family there often. My youngest daughter loves it. We'll be going again very soon.

this place is a staple while on the road and the staff was efficient and friendly. See the 2 year old on the saddle for his birthday was the icing on the cake lol
