this place is a staple while on the road and the staff was efficient and friendly. See the 2 year old on the saddle for his birthday was the icing on the cake lol

Texas Roadhouse is one of my favorite restaurants. I have visited many different locations. In June we took my stepfather to the location in Tyler to celebrate Father's Day a little late. My favorite appetizers are the rattle snack bites.(fried cheese and jalapenos) On this occasion I had a coupon for a free appetizer, we tried the potato skins, which... More

Texas Roadhouse has excellent steaks cooked just the way you order them; they are served with your choice of two sides, & with rolls that are so very good. You are always full whenever you leave there. If you like a good steak, try the Roadhouse!

I will start by saying that overall, our meal/experience was acceptable. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive, though she never brought us our to-go boxes that we requested. We went on a Tuesday night which is kids eat free family night. Good thing it was free because I would not pay $5 a meal for what my kids received. My... More

Friendliest staff, great food, reasonable prices make this probably the best local choice. Doesn't feel like a chain at all since all the staff is so pleasant. Don't miss this when in Tyler

We had lunch here twice during our stay in Tyler. The food was great, the beer was cold and the service was good. You must try the fried pickles!

Great food! That really is the key. Service is good as well. Overall, it is really hard to complain about anything here. Yes it is kinda loud, but that is the atmosphere I've come to appreciate in a good restaurant. People gathered having a good time with good food and friends. How it should be :-)

Loved the steaks(ribeye) and onion blossom. Great end to a hard day. Wait staff was on top of everything including getting us a bill quickly.

We eat here several times a year and have almost always had a good experience. The restaurant is a little loud, peanut shells all over the floor (free peanuts), and line dancing waitstaff. If it's your birthday they put you on a saddle and the whole restaurant wishes you a Happy Birthday! We enjoy all of this, but not the... More
