Good Steakhouse

We ate there last week and had great ribeye steaks. The strange thing was that they ran out of baked potatoes by around 6:00 p.m. on a weekday. Always enjoy their salads. Service was good even though the house was packed. You know that it's a chain, but you can count on the steaks being fresh... read more

Food is always good. Service is not that good. So many employees. Always seems unhappy. Not personable. Used to be up beat and friendly, not any more. Going to look for a new place to get prime rib. Went at 8 pm. Spent 35.00 for? What? Who is/isn't running that restaurant. I have 45 years in restaurants and am shaking... More

After a long trying day, just wanted to relax and have a nice meal with the family. Even though they were busy (5pm), we were seated almost immediately. Our waitress was very nice and polite and took our drink orders. To put it bluntly--the place was LOUD!! The music was LOUD, very LOUD. My daughter had to almost shout her... More

Food is good here and the portions are abundant. The atmosphere is a bit noisy for my taste. I enjoy the take-out meals when not in the mood for crowds.

We went here with the kids last night and spent more money on food that tastes horrible. The only thing that we got and actually ate was potato skins, cactus blossom, steak, and mashed potatoes with white gravy. Our waitress was really great at her job and we could tell she loved doing it also. Her name was Hope. She... More

Service and food were excellent. The whole visit was great. They were so friendly and treated my team with respect. It was a fun time because of the food and service. Thanks

I love eating here, as the steak is the best in town. Today we had a pregnant waitress that was extremely rude. I'm sorry your pregnant and waiting tables, but if you hate your job quit! She was just extremely rude and hateful. Slamming our drinks and food on the table. Never came back to see if we needed anything... More

Arrived before the crowd hit, we were seated right away. Our server, Monica, immediately welcomed us, took our drink and appetizer order. The music was very loud as we had a speaker near us. I asked for the volume to be turned down. She immediately responded and then checked back to ensure it was at a better level. That was... More

While in Tyler this past weekend we had the good fortune eat the Texas Roadhouse. This is by no means our first visit as we have been to this Roadhouse many times in the past. This trip was no exception as we were greeted warmly by the hostesses and seated promptly. Our waiter was very good and we wanted for... More

8 peope went to celebrate here. The steaks were tender and flavorful. I waited on bench next to barrel of peanuts and couldn't stop. Of course throw the shells on floor. I had the sweet potato with cinnamon butter....very good along with buttered corn. Everybody happy. The birthday recognition was to sit on a saddle. I just think they could... More
