Friendliest staff, great food, reasonable prices make this probably the best local choice. Doesn't feel like a chain at all since all the staff is so pleasant. Don't miss this when in Tyler

We had lunch here twice during our stay in Tyler. The food was great, the beer was cold and the service was good. You must try the fried pickles!

Great food! That really is the key. Service is good as well. Overall, it is really hard to complain about anything here. Yes it is kinda loud, but that is the atmosphere I've come to appreciate in a good restaurant. People gathered having a good time with good food and friends. How it should be :-)

Loved the steaks(ribeye) and onion blossom. Great end to a hard day. Wait staff was on top of everything including getting us a bill quickly.

We eat here several times a year and have almost always had a good experience. The restaurant is a little loud, peanut shells all over the floor (free peanuts), and line dancing waitstaff. If it's your birthday they put you on a saddle and the whole restaurant wishes you a Happy Birthday! We enjoy all of this, but not the... More

I have to say this is one of my favorite restaurants and very seldom will you get a bad one. This is my first time at Tyler but it was as good or better than any others. Fast friendly service and awesome food. Try the BBQ pulled pork dinner. It's awesome.

This is a family favorite. About the only complaint I can make is that it gets loud from the music and people trying to talk over it. The prices are reasonable and food is good. Sweet tea is excellent as are the rolls.

Steaks, ribs, sides, all great!! My favorite is beef tips, w/ mushroom gravy. It's hard to find a place with beef tips, and the gravy is fantastic. I'm not usually a mushroom eater, but these, (in the onion gravy), taste like tender tips. Wait-staff are always having fun, and you sit on a real saddle, while they sing happy birthday,... More

First of all its all but impossible to park here as the lot is laid out so that you have to walk a ways to the restaurant. The layout of the restaurant is not unlike any other Texas Roadhouse, tons of peanut shells on the floor, lots of people standing in the doorway as there is little room to sit... More

We had dinner there on Veteran's day, and we enjoyed it a lot. They were having specials for Veterans, so, place was packed. Waitresses were friendly, food was great. I had steak kabob and green beans. Kabob's meat was juicy and bell peppers/onions/tomatoes grilled with it was just great. It came with seasoned rice and I really enjoyed this dish.... More
