Good food & service

Good food & service. You can't go wrong with the fresh chips, salsa & tortillas. The butter that comes with the fajitas is worth the trip alone.

Met up with some friends for a work celebration. Posados was a great place to do just that. Drinks were good and the food was delicious. Chicken fajitas. Our server was friendly and entertaining. Plenty of parking and seating. Freshly made tortillas. Guacamole is yummie!!

Posados was recommended by several Tyler residents, so we stopped in for a late lunch/early dinner as we traveled through town. My husband asked the hostess if they served Mexican food, and she stated that she guessed it was Tex-Mex. She was right, and we were disappointed. I ordered the Chili Relleno from the dinner menu. It was crispy and... More

My husband and son went while I stayed back at the hotel and studied but they brought me back the 3 chicken taco meal and let me tell you..... The homemade corn tortillas were the BOMB! the chicken was tender and juicy. I could only eat two tacos that is how filling they were. m DELICIOSO!!!! My husband swears it... More

Everything here is delicious! Great service and price and the food can not be beat! Definitely worth the visit and wishing there was a Posados closer to where I live.

Great place for good Tex-Mex food. Their prices are a little high, depending on what you order. For some of the featured menu items be prepared to dig a little digger into your wallet.

Posado's is an authentic Mexican restaurant on East Fifth Street not far from the intersection with the loop. It is one of our favorite places to go in Tyler and it is obviously a favorite of a lot of other people. We got to Tyler recently a few minutes before 5:00 PM and the parking lot was already full in... More

They use way too much comino in everything,Makes the chili /enchilada sauce taste bitter and unappetizing .Don't go here if you want good Mexican food . Their sister restaurant Mercado's does the same thing -YUCK GAG !!!

I used to regularly visit this restaurant chain in Austin, but then it closed. I was so excited to find one in Tyler that I visited it 3 times during my two week stay. The beef fajitas are my favorite. The free sopapillas are a bonus! I am always too full for the free ice cream. The individual salsa bowls... More

We were seated promptly. A service person brought chips and hot sauce immediately. Our waitperson stopped by a couple of minutes after we sat down and said he would be right back. 15 minutes later he did come back. We were almost walking out. The hot sauce was watery & bland. The fajita tacos ($12.95) had 2 tacos with maybe... More
