We read about Potpourri House on Urban Spoon and decided to give it a try. My daughter and I shared a NY strip as she is only 9 and couldn't eat a full steak on her own. IT was cooked to perfection. It was soft as butter and tasted SO good. I usually try to hide the meaty taste with... More

I love going here because I love good soup! They have the best cream of Mushroom and Pablano soup I've ever had. The cheese soup is also good. They have a wonderful cornbread salad on their salad bar that is too die for the don't forget to try the strawberry salad dressing. It's good on EVERYTHING! Wait staff is always... More

Stopped here with a group of 11. I had made reservations ahead of time and our table was ready when we got there. The waitress was very good. Most of us had the salad bar and soup for dinner. The salad bar has everything, including soup and baked potatoes. It was great. Then dessert was their Coconut Royale cake and... More

I've always like this place. I had my wedding rehearsal dinner there many years ago. This time I took my kids on a Tuesday evening. We were greeted by the manager(I think) who was very friendly. He sat us and our server was very polite and prompt with drinks and getting our orders. Two of my children and I had... More

While Christmas shopping, I decided to enjoy lunch by myself. I ordered a chicken salad crescent sandwich that came with fruit on the side. The sandwich was good, but the fruit was old and not appetizing. I decided to order the crème brulee because it looked so good in the photo. WRONG! Who ever heard of eating frozen crème brulee?... Our family recently hosted a couple of out of town guests here and found it to be a wonderful place to dine! The service was excellent and the food was surprisingly good. Our group had everything from a hamburger (really good!), to the Heavenly Chicken Salad Sandwich (and it was....heavenly!), to the special of the day (beef tenderloin with veggies/roll...excellent!).... I didn't expect much from the outside, but was very pleasantly pleased! We went for lunch and the soup/salad bar was terrific. The only complaint was I wasn't sure what each salad was....but they were all yummy! The we had chicken fired chicken, it had a light batter and was also delish! Our waiter Anthony was a source of knowledge... More

Had lunch there with a friend on our way through town. A great ladies' luncheon spot and venue. We had the soup, salad and baked potato bar, and it was good. The lettuce could have been a bit fresher, and I would have appreciated not seeing them reload the salad bar with giant tubs of pre-wrapped packages of sour cream,... More
