Chuy's is awesome! A continued effort is made to maintain a light and fun environment. Now this, of course, this cannot always be accomplished. Yet, is an obvious goal to me as a regular diner here. Why do my family and I eat here regularly? The food is freshly prepared, it never tastes the same twice, you can tell what... More

I cannot understand why the parking lot of this restaurant is always full. The margaritas are outstanding, but the food is awful. It tastes like it came out of a can. My niece recommended the Tequila chicken. I couldn't taste any tequila and the chicken was icky. We prefer smaller restaurants that aren't part of a chain. Boring, tasteless food... More

Everyone in the family can eat here, even with our food allergies, and the food and the service is great.

Taken here while visiting friends. First time at this franchise. If this is what they're like I won't try another. The food was not good. I had "Famous Tortilla Soup" what I was served was nothing like the menu description. The salad was just okay. My husband had chicken enchilada with a sour cream sauce. He was not pleased either.... Whenever there is a chuys in the city I am working in, I make it a point to find it! This location is no different! The staff is always warm and inviting and the food is fantastic. I'll be back for sure!

Had a birthday dinner at Chuy's. The chips and salsa was quite good. Chips were refilled and additional types of salsa brought out when we got low on supplies. I ordered a chicken Chimi. The fried outer tortilla was overcooked and quite brown but the inside was tender tasty chicken that was very good. The rice and beans were just... More

We have been going to the original Chuy's in Austin for about 40 years back when it was the only Chuy's in the world. and we still go there whenever we can. So when we visited family in Tyler, we took them out to eat at the new Chuy's in Tyler. They had already been there and said they loved... More

My friends love this place so I've been several times. I think it's ok. The salsa and ranch are great but the food to me is just ok. I don't think it's worth the price to go here.

Fajitas good. Combination plates were well liked by others in our party. Good margueritas too. Wait time for a table was less than 30 minutes on a Saturday evening! Waitress presented complimentary dessert for husband's 81st birthday!
