Awesome Breakfast Selection

The food is really delicious! The breakfast enchiladas are amazing!!! Very inexpensive for the amount of food you receive. You have to get your own food when your pager goes off. Not a normal type restaurant. You wait on yourself. The bakery is to die for! Yum!

Great place to surprise the birthday girl. Santa Fe Salad was scrumptious. Lots of activity and healthy noise. Everyone had a good time.

This is a great casual, easy place to meet friends. Order at the counter and pick up at the counter. They have a nice bar and delicious desserts!

Since our last visit, the Black Walnut has moved into a nearby very nice location. You order at the counter, and get your food when your buzzer beeps. The food is high quality and fairly priced. We at dinner here on a weeknight. I had a tuna sandwich, my spouse had a nice salad. Would recommend this place if you... More

It is fun to order, find your table and wait for your device to light up, then pick up your food. We had breakfast and it was very good especially the pepper bacon and potatoes.

One of the few places I've found in Teaxs that can make a real doppio espresso with a decent crema. Nice ambience and friendly service. Unfortunately like most of Texas the portions are huge.

I occasionally have to visit The Woodlands for business and I have to stop by the Black Walnut at least once during each visit. Everything I or my teammates has had here has been delicious. And one of them swears by the gelato! The prices are reasonable and they have done well creating a nice vibe in the restaurant.

If you're looking for a place to relax and have a nice meal without the feel of some fast-paced cafes in the area, Black Walnut is your calling. My mom and I recently visited the Black Walnut Cafe off of New Trails in The Woodlands. What a beautiful and big building! I hope BWC is open for dinner soon in all of there locations. I ordered the American Breakfast with scrambled eggs, home style potatoes, and wheat toast. While the dish was very good, it simply was not... More
