This place is always busy and loud, and be prepared to wait for a table. With that being said, it is always worth the wait. The bar is a good place to hang out while you're waiting, they have good house margaritas and the Texas martini is great! The margaritas here are NOT the neon green, super sickenly sweet variety... We came to Chuy's for dinner and we were not disappointed. The waitstaff was very attentive and friendly, and our waitress was able to answer any questions we had about the menu. There is a great vegetarian selection, and the refried beans, mexican rice, green chile rice, and charro beans are all made without any meat additives (unlike many tex-mex... More

Average food, lots of chips with dip, fast service, very loud. Our waitress didn't really seem very happy when we requested silverware. OH MY! So if you enjoy this type of dining experience go for it. I would look around for an alternative.

Food-fabulous. Atmosphere-fun (kinda like Joe's Crab Shack) you have to try the jalapeño ranch dip with your chips! Cactus margarita awesome

Typical mexican restaurant with lots of chips and salsa free and big sodas so you get full before your food arrives. Food quality was just average nothing to brag about. Place was cleanbut very craoded on a friday evening, lots of corporate world people laughing and being crazy, service somehow fast and prices average. I will probably try something different... More

We eat here at least once a month. Inside, outside, at the bar...it's all good. Favorites are the Santa Fe enchiladas and chicka chicka boom boom. Great Texas martinis.

Chuy's has great Mexican food. Whenever I go to Texas on business trips I make it a point to eat at Chuy's. I love their Queso. I took some clients here that really seemed to like it as well.

Chuy's in The Woodlands is always busy. We decided to eat a late lunch/early dinner today while in the area. Service was appalling. Our server brought the check, and forgot to place our meal order with the kitchen. Once she realized and put a rush on our order, we received our bland semi warm meal. I ordered the Chuy Special... Chuy's has a fun "Tommy Bahama" Carribean decor. This restaurant was packed on a Thursday evening. Our waiter could barely keep up. I understand why; the food is excellent and very affordable.
