We decided to take a stroll around market street and stopped at the tapas bar, we happened to get there during happy hour (4-7) and got some great deals. If you're not familiar with Tapas they're appetizer size portions also called "small bites", they have a couple entrée portions as well. We got everything on the happy hour menu except... More

Food was good. We shared the small portions and dessert and it was fine. Nice seats outside to see activity at market street.

Stopped by for a quick drink since heard good tapas. The Sangria was nice and the red onion Gazpacho was very tasty. Did not try the tapas but overall enjoyable afternoon. Make sure to get patio spot. Great for people watching as well.

Had a really great time with my sister at 1252 Tapas Bar. The service was fast and friendly. The food (marinated pork skewers and fried potatoes with lemon aioli) was so delicious and really hit the spot for brunch on Sunday. We had some nice cold beers while catching an exciting World Cup soccer game. Rebecca, the bartender, was very... More

This was the worst meal I have ever had in the Woodlands. My husband and I ordered a rare stuffed filet. I asked if it could be made without the bacon in the stuffing and was assured it could be. What arrived was a small, well done, plain filet with a couple of almost raw asparagus. When we asked where... More

Not too busy, even right after the July 4th parade. We ordered off the menu rather than from the tapas menu. Paella was excellent. Nice selection and interesting offerings from the bar.

Our server Trevor was excellent. The food and wine were expensive. Even with a groupon our bill was more than dinner for 2 at a fine restaurant. I know Tapas is supposed to be small portions but my cheese platter for $14 had 3 small slices of cheese and a few tiny slices of a fig and an apple and... More

The food is overpriced and downright awful. The portions are small and taste nothing like what tapas should. The paella lacked seafood and taste. Only good thing about this place is the decorations and ambiance. I would not recommend this place to anyone. You are better off going to Cru next door which is expensive as well; however, has better... More

Based on other reviews this seems to be a popular evening hang out, I however went for lunch wit a friend and found the Paella quite far from what a real Paella looks and tastes like. The service was OK, I guess I should try an evening and see.

Very good tapas selection. Great drink. Lovely atmosphere. Almost made you forget you were in Houston.
