Good Atmosphere

The pizza is pretty good. I like going there more for the atmosphere. It's by the waterway and I like letting the kids play in the splash area and then grabbing some pizza. Gets very crowded, so if that's a concern, I'd try Crust which is deeper in the Woodlands.

We arrived about 200 for lunch on Sunday, so the place wasn't overly crowded. However, the service was rather slow and the waitress only checked on our table one time other than bringing food. Spinach salad was excellent, pizzas were very good, but I thought pricey since you had to add $2 for every topping you wanted on top of... More

I know it's hard, but you'll have to control yourself on the toppings. I've been here three times and two of the the three, my pizza came out soggy. I blame the number of toppings I selected, but it may be the actual quality of the pizza. Nonetheless, you can't go wrong with the classic pepperoni. This place has a... More

Wood burning Pizza Oven . . . Very Difficult to find in USA. This place stands apart from any USA pizza place. There are several types of pizza and crust to pick, several toppings and mosy important - the pizzas has taste and personality ! ! ! Do not miss it.

We went with friends whilst staying nearby. The Woodlands is simply fab for shopping and has some great restaurants. Grimaldis is near the waterway and fountain area and if sat outside you have a great view and it is relaxing. The pizzas come in various sizes - for one or large ones to share. What is good is that you... More

We actually went to the original Grimaldi's under the Brooklyn Bridge in New York. They recent decided to branch out and The Woodlands was one of the locations. The pizza is EXCELLENT. The oven is where the magic happens. Nothing better than a little burnt crust to add flavor. Highly recommended.

Gets very crowded and has good service however pizzas are quite average and not much value for money. A good drinking spot with a lot of energy.. Would require queuing on weekends but they are quite apt in estimating waiting time..

I've had pizza in Rome, Chicago and New York. Grimaldi's is worth the trip! Aside from their shop in Brooklyn, which taste the same, their pizza is closer to Rome than anything else. It is made one pie at a time in a coal fired oven. Pretty good pie.

Their Brick Oven New York Style Pizza here is delicious. Haven't tried the Pies or Calzones yet. They also have Wine and Beer. It's located in The Woodlands, Tx "Marketplace" along the Waterway. This is a very pretty area with plenty of shopping. Will definitely come here again. Our server was awesome.
