I am very disappointed to give a so so review after hearing that they re- did their menu and atmosphere we chose to come here for a birthday dinner. The new lay out is great and such a pretty swanky atmosphere! That is an A+ but the food was not the best, very pricey and the steak was not as... More

Cooked to perfection! Excellent service! Good wine selection. The octopus appetizers was really good. Scallops were perfectly cooked as well as the duck.

Yes, it is pricey but the food is great. There were eight of us and we all had something different. Every dish was outstanding. I had the braised short ribs and my husband had the sea bass. Both delicious. The gnocchi with snails appetizer was so good that I plan on having them next time along with the raw oysters.... More

Please note, at a lower priced restaurant this would have been a 5 star experience. However I have higher standards when the per person bill ends up over $100 before tip. This is a nice restaurant with some great tasting food. That being said my pallet did not detect any better flavor then what can be had at Perry s... More

The good- Great tasting food with high marks for presentation. Many options with something for everyone. Excellent service Room for improvement My sales partner and I hosted one of our major clients in one of the private rooms I think listed as the chef's table. The issue is you really don't see much in the kitchen and the room on... More

The food was great, but the drink menu was very over priced. The service was average at best considering this level of restaurant. We ordered a white wine and got it served in a red glass, this is ok for the local pub but when you are paying $20 a glass or more, give me a break. If these guys... More

On a recent trip to Texas to visit our daughter and son in law in their new home in the Woodlands (outside of Houston) they took us to Hubbel and Hudson to eat dinner and breakfast. Both meals were excellent for what I would consider a cross between fast food, casual dining and buffet. You order from the counter, get... More

I could not live with out this place here in The Woodlands. It's a great place to drink coffee or buy some and take it home. The have great hamburgers here and sometimes like to go and enjoy a bottle of wine. Which by the way is cheaper then ordering one at a restaurant.

Went for a lunch date with the hubby. They had a grocery market in front, which was quite nice to stroll through. Grain fed beef and the like. Natural foods at surprisingly competitive prices. The restaurant food was very good, and the atmosphere business casual. It would be great for power lunches.
