Very busy and a little noisy but the restaurants are about the food. We started with a Caesar salad and octopus. The Caesar was lettuce n croutons only so a bit disappointed but the octopus was delicious and tender. Our mains were the Patagonian tooth fish (very good) and the Texan rack of lamb. A bit small by Aussie standards... More

We recently had brunch and it's just not the quality we expect from H&H. My wife had the Bistro Breakfast and the toast was burnt, the bacon was very, very, thin, almost looked like pre-cooked bacon you would get at the supermarket. I had the Eggs Benedict and it was okay, but not great. The server was friendly and did... More

I was very disappointed in the new H & H. Maybe it will improve with time. For starters, our menus weren't the same. My wife's menu, which proved to be the current menu, had food stains on it. Next the waiter asked if we had been there since the remodel. We said "no", so he told us the portions were... More

Ate there on a Tuesday night with two other colleagues around 7:30pm without a reservation. Decor was nice. Menu looked good, but was disappointed when the server could not pinpoint a few amazing dishes ("everything is good", followed by too many recommendations - would be nice to have a few signature dishes). Wine list was better than expected. Started with... More

Pretty durn good! Finally the new remodeling job is complete. The restaurant is not running on all cylinders yet....but getting there. The new menu is dramatically different.....and quite good. The one missing link.....nothing stated about gluten free (except on the dessert menu)....and every item on the menu has gluten. Then we find out from the chef....anything that is on the... More

"KING SALMON Burger, Smoked Bacon, White Cheddar, Pickled Jalapeno Cabbage Slaw, Tomatoes, Jalapeno Aioli, Toasted English Muffin." I read this menu item to contain a salmon filet. I was surprised when it came out with a fried salmon croquette with lots of filler. Not much Salmon flavor at all. It was my fault I guess for not asking but I... More

First night so there are things to smooth out. The remodeled restaurant and lounge are very appealing. Unfortunately some of the food did not stand up. The prawns were still cold on the inside. The wine pour seemed skimpy for the price. This restaurant is competing with Perrys, Kirbys, etc. the price points/value is lower so it may be tough... More

Attended soft opening prior to them officially opening to public. The place is gorgeous !! The market is now gone, in place, a hip, trendy lounge. The Vermont Mac n cheese appetizer was creamy, smoky, and delish. A trio bread plate was also good. Lobster bisque, superb ! Husband had rib-eye which may be a tad overpriced for $64 but... More

Hubbell and Hudson have another smash hit with their new menu and renovated dining areas. Chef Austin has created some amazing dishes that were beautifully presented. Their renovation has improved the ability to carry on a conversation without having to raise your voice.

We had a fantastic dining experience here at the renovated Hubbell & Hudson. New menu and fantastic flavours, you are spoilt for choice The service was attentive and informative without being over the top, thanks Chris. The food was well presented, very tasty and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. It was a pricey meal but worth it.
