Top Notch

Very unique restaurant in The Woodlands. If you want something a little unusual and top notch, go to Hubbell and Hudson. One of the best restaurants in The Woodlands. The atmosphere is mediocre. The fact that you're in the Market Street area is a plus. The food is O.K. It's nothing to write home about. There are so many better restaurants in this area, but there may be a problem with getting seated without reservations.

Good location. Interesting menu items. Food came out hot but nothing special. Friendly service but not very frequent. Expect to spend 1.5 hours for lunch. Ensure to call ahead and confirm reservation.

I ordered a delicious croissant with egg and bacon, super good! Fresh orange juice and one hot cake (ita was good, but I have tried better ones...). Family oriented restaurant, definitely will go again.

This market/restaurant is a gem. Food is excellent and in line with traditional sit down high end meals, but with out the wait or the overhead additional price. Wine and beer selections are great too. My family is always happy with each meal and happy to finish it off with gelato or cake! Personally the salad and soup bar is... More

I have finally given up on what was far and away the best and busiest restaurant in The Woodlands a few short years ago. When the attached supermarket closed down and they expanded the space they made a first class job of the new build. The staff are professional and service great. Then there is THE CHEF (capitals are deliberate)... More

The changes to the restaurant and the menu are something that we are very proud of & promoting these has been a larger focus than normal, which is why we have more reviews and media coverage. However this is in no way aimed to make our guests feel unwelcome, in fact the new menu has been changed to allow more... More

Love their food, great burgers, and sweet potatoe fries. Large variety of deserts. Great beer and wine selection.

I just come back from Hubbell where I am used to buy French Baguette. Hubbell's baguettes are far from being the best baguette in town, most of the time they are frozen then refrozen then baked or refrozen so that you never have a fresh baguette... The one I took this morning were very very soft, like the bad ones... More

Thank you for your review Raphael, yes we used to make Baguettes from scratch at the Market. But since the Market is closed back in March 2014, we started selling baguettes from Slow Dough, a local bakery in Houston. However, we still scratch make almost all our other bread in house for the Kitchen and the Bistro (which is used... More

Arrived 5'ish on a weeknight and Max was at our table in a blink. Unfortunately Happy Hour is only in the Bar area. We did happen on a delicious wine, confirmed as a good choice by Max and started off with the Artisan Bread Board with hummus, truffle butter and a pesto. Magnificent. Enjoyed Caesar Salad and Wedge Salad (both... More

This restaurant is one of the best deli restaurants I have visited. I was in Texas visiting my daughter and family and they suggested going to lunch here. The place is large and modern with an enormous amount of options for lunch. The menu is great from cooked sandwiches to cold sandwiches to burgers. They also have a breakfast menu... More
