Fresh and Delicious

Sandwiches are tasty and plentiful. The last time I was there I opted for the soup and salad where the options are extensive. Carrot soup was rich and a bit sweet, but I enjoyed it and tried not to think about the calories. It can be crowded and noisy at lunchtime, but you can usually find a... read more

This is a recently transformed H&H and has - within the past 6 months - undergone a major renovation. It's stunning. Decor is contemporary, very upscale feeling, and definitely inviting. H&H has a wonderful reputation for the uniqueness, creativity, and styling of their menu items and we were not disappointed at all in this regard. The food quality was excellent.... More

I had heard of Hubbell and Hudson for some time but never made my way out to the Woodlands to dine there. I finally did and was glad I did. And have made it a new favorite on my dining list. Not only for the food but for the incredibly friendly staff which not only provides top notch service but... More

I love Hubbell & Hudson. Their soup and salad bar is so good. They have a lot of wines to choose from, to drink there or take home . Lots of fresh produce. All kinds of cuts of meats, you can buy and they will cook or you can take home and cook yourself.

Visiting The Woodlands on business for a convention. This is my first time in Houston. I chose this restaurant while I was just walking around the waterway and happened upon Waterway Street. There are many choices of restaurants on that street. This would look interesting and not a chain. My intuition was right, they had great French onion soup with... More

I always try a restaurant a couple times to know the consistency of food quality and service. First time, I had a cheeseburger which was excellent. The second time I had their ramen which was a bit over-salted broth, slightly pricey for the simplicity of the dish, Their onion rings were excellent, a must-try- made from real onions (and not... My wife wanted to see this place so I took her for lunch. We are 78 and 73 and people our age don't eat much. Nevertheless our tab for lunch was over $45...with the tip, it was well over $50. We will not be going back. This place must have a different clientel from us. A friend told me that... More
