Try the gnocchi it is to die for. I have enjoyed every appetizer I've tried. Note that the portions are huge, an appetizer and one entree is enough to feed two people. Love it can't wait to get back.

I just had the best vegetarian flat bread I've ever had in my life here. The crust was cracker-thin, and the combination of flavors was absolutely perfect. The coffee is excellent too. This was our first visit since their former grocery closed, but we will be regular customers here. In addition to the menu items, there's a selection of wines... More

Three of us decided to have an early Sunday brunch at the bistro - excellent choice! Variety of items on the menu - We started with the Cheese & Charcuterie board -artfully displayed with 3 cheeses, a pot of Foie Gras Mousse with crusty bread, Porscuitto, Salami and pickled veggies - the savory flavors were just the beginning along with... Great for brunch, lunch or dinner. Have been there for all 3 numerous times. Brunch is very well-priced with specialty mimosas and bloody Mary's. I would call the menu more eclectic. You can get anything from French toast and waffles to beef tongue. I would recommend this restaurant for whatever meal you want.....brunch, lunch, or dinner. Make reservations. If you... More

My friend, sister & I decided to have Sunday brunch here at Hubbell & Hudson Bistro. I am ever so glad we did! Located near the waterway in the Woodlands- was only a 20 minute drive from Houston, but add another 20 because my sister has poor navigating skills! Sunday brunch begins at 9:00 & we all arrived around 9:30-... More

Ok so we will likely try this again based solely on reviews, but the place was empty, there was no visible staff at all. We waited for almost 5 min and simply had to leave.

If you don't get the 60 day aged steak, you've NEVER had a GREAT steak. One member of our group ordered the steak and gave us a taste. Even though our dinners were AWESOME, the steak trumped everything. We're going back and order just the seat with one side and nothing else.

Attentive staff, fantastic food (super juicy and rich taste steak), welcoming atmosphere. What else could you ask for? I will definitely go back for another round of salmon scrambled eggs for brunch!
