We visit Red Robin from time to time and haven't had any real issues - food is usually good as is the service. It is by nature a somewhat noisy environment, so it isn't always what we are looking for. Right now they have a good deal where you buy 3 $10 gift cards and get a $5 bonus card... More

The choices are many and good. I had the large tavern buyer with some jalapeños added, plus crisp fries. My date had a gunless burger with onion fries, special sauce and salad. We are never disappointed with their burgers.

My husband & I were in the area and decided to give this place a try. We always see the commercials and have never been to one. I had the Red Robin Cheeseburger. The menu states that THIS burger is what sets it apart from others and is what really put their name out... Well it was JUST a burger... More

Don't trust the GPS! follow the billboard directions. Exit 77 next to the Main Event. It took us a very long time to find the place, but we were meeting someone, and persevered. We were rewarded with delicious food and good atmosphere, and a glorious sunset when we walked out the front door. Of course, there is no guarantee of... More

My husband loves Red Robin Burgers, but I hate going here on the weekends because it seems there aren't enough servers for the amount of tables stuffed in this restaurant. We came with our 5 month old (bad idea). We sat in the back at our table for 20 minutes before someone came to get our drink order (only after... More

It's rare to find a server these days that actually pays attention to you, our server did a fantastic job, on top of that, another server noticed that I looked around for my server, ran over, and got what I needed before I could signal ours, we've been to this restaurant a few times and it seems every time we... This is our favorite place to eat with the kids! We are vegetarian but you wouldn't believe the options they have for us. My kid turned 7 today and I took him last night and he loved his free birthday dessert and the staff is always great with their singing skills!!!! Manager Kim is always great! She remembers what we... More

On previous visits, we enjoyed Red Robin. However, our last visit was unpleasant. Our waitress was disinterested and it was evident in her service, which caused numerous errors. The restaurant had a dirty feel to it and the food just wasn't that good.

I am allergic to Sesame seeds, so when I came in I asked the hostess if their hamburger buns had Sesame seeds, to which she replied "no". Upon sitting down I also mentioned this fact to the waitress... lo and behold, when the burger came in, it was on a Sesame roll...that's when I walked out without without eating and... More

My wife and I were returning from the airport after a week south of Cancun, Mexico. After a week of Mexican food and drinks, we were ready for a good ole hanburger! We stopped at Red Robin in the middle of the afternoon and had burgers. My wife had the Lone Star Burger and I had the wrks with a... More
