Made it here before the lunch crowd and it was an above average lunch place. Good service and good food. I felt attended to and I was satisfied by the food portions.

There is nothing really great or bad about this restaurant. Service was ok and food was ok. We ordered the Anti Pasta choose 8 appetizer and it was very creative, but since they were all cold they weren't very good. ( I wouldn't normally eat fried cauliflower cold) We ordered a chicken pizza and it was ok, but not great.... More

This restaurant happens to be my wife's favorite place to dine in the Woodlands, I agree with her. The food is fabulous and the service could not be better. We enjoyed her birthday July 1st, 2014 and had a wonderful experience. Great Margaritas. Go and enjoy.

Came here with a large group on a weeknight and the waitstaff was so slow, we ended up serving ourselves, an utter disappointment. However the food was great, the appetizers, desserts and I ordered a fish entree that was just delish! I also enjoyed the vast wine selection and the ambiance of the wine room for a special event. My daughter and I went to the Grotto for lunch the day after she completed the Woodlands Ironman. From the moment we entered the restaurant the staff was there for whatever we needed. The manager made sure to greet us and follow up through out our meal. Our waiter, Chris, was wonderful, friendly, attentive, and helped us with our food... More

Located in the heart of the woodlands, nothing special, great and expensive taste as decor goes to match the woodlands taste, average food and pasta , good wines around and an average experience to do once in a while but not too often, prices a little high and they will valet you if you have one of those expensive cars,... We chose the Grotto because of its proximity to the Cynthia Woods Pavilion, we had tickets for Jimmy Buffett. The concert started at 8pm so I expected a 6pm reservation would give us plenty of time. We had a party of 8. We were not seated until 6.40pm and received free appetizers as an apology for the delay. We promptly... More

OK, I know it's a chain. OK, I know it's a Landry's. But this place could be really good. The apps are nice, as are the salads and soups. I shared a chicken pizza with my daughter--very good. The pastas are also well thought out and executed. The salads are great. The only complaint was the bill--our waitress added $25... More

Love the food at this restaurant. Ambiance is good. Happy hour is a fabulous deal. Outdoor seating as well as bar seating, if full. Good service. A must before going to the Pavillion.
