Went here for lunch and ordered the chop beef sandwich Not really impressed the BBQ is ok not a big deal. There was more bread than the thin layer of meat that was put on the sandwich. It was more like flavored bread than a BBQ sandwich. The staff is very friendly and the restaurant was very clean.

This is a favorite bbq place. The atmosphere is nice. The employees are very friendly. Always clean. Reasonable prices. The giant stuffed bakef potatoes are awesome. Could ease up on the spice in the beans. Lower price desserts.

I have been blessed to live within driving distance to this stronghold of Texas BBQ for the last 14 years. When I lived in La Marque, it was right next door in Texas City, and now I am a regular at the Pasadena location. This is the only place I would pay for BBQ, Thanks and keep up the quality... More

Very Texan atmosphere, staff speak better Spanish than English. Simple, basic restaurant, where you help yourself, read from a menu on the wall and push your tray. The barbecue meat was fantastic, and that was all we wanted !

Have enjoyed steaks, BBQ chicken, stuffed potatoes here. Always good. Good size portions and pretty fast service.

I don't like the BBQ sauce here...is bland and tasteless, which ruins the flavor of the meat for me. The only thing on the menu I like is their grilled chicken sandwich on jalapeno cheese bread, which is VERY good. One thing that bothers me is that they charge 25 cents extra for a take out order, because of putting... More

I went here for lunch with a bunch of colleagues. The atmosphere isn't great or anything, but they have an alright amount of room. It's kind of like a cafeteria set up to order your food which wasn't bad but just weirder than usual. I ordered a baked potato and man was that thing huge. It's like it was injected... More

You'll like the tender Brisket and sliced pork along with a very tasty sausage link but the sauce here is to die for.... really . Get some extra japolena bread and a cup of sauce to top off the meal.
