Great view, Great Coffee

This a great place to escape it all and be immersed in a little bit of Mexico. Watch the sun rise and have a cup of coffee overlooking the Big Bend National Park. It will latterly take your breath away.

A terrific spot to enjoy a very good coffee, cool off and watch the groovy Ghost Town denizens and visitors pass by. Great staff and very friendly. We didn't eat there but were drooling over the breakfast burritos being enjoyed by the couple at the table next to ours! (Not literally - after all, you never know who's got a... More

Like much life in Terlingua, it's not super reliable. We tried to eat breakfast there a couple of times and finally found it open. Fantastic, healthy breakfast burritos with both meat and veggie options, great coffee, fresh squeezed juice and homemade smoothies. Sweet service. Lunch there is good too, not a ton of options but hearty and healthy.

If you are staying in the Big Bend Holiday Hotel, or anywhere else nearby, have breakfast here. Outdoor seating. Food was excellent. Great experience to dine al fresco in the ghost town. Hope to go back someday.

I had a salad with greens that were grown directly across the street in the community garden. Terlingua is a fun little town with hippies and old rock dwellings that have been rehabbed.

Good coffee but after 45 minutes of waiting for an English muffin left still without eating. However they do have internet and a nice patio.

The GhostTown Café seems to have passed into history. After having several different operators, it's doors have been closed for almost a year now. Like LaKiva ( also closed after the untimely death of its owner ) the really great places to eat and socialize seem to be hitting the dust.
