BEST BURGER IN THE AREA

Decided to have lunch there on Saturday with another couple. While it was busy and the service was a bit slow, we enjoyed a cold beer and sandwiches that were just great. My burger was $7.50 but if you have a "hankering" for a great burger and cold beer, you can't go wrong. Others had the shrimp... read more

If you enjoy waiting for ever for service and a drink and enjoy the feeling of bugs crawling all over you, then this is the place to be.

How do I start.. I have never written a review for a restaurant before but I'm making this known on every possible avenue. This is the third place I am putting this review. How do you write about finding LIVE INSECTS crawling in your fish taco? Not one, but two (we didn't open the others to see if there were... More

I see a number of people are complaining about the service. I have stopped by Pier 30 many times on my way to my beach house. I have experienced slower service when they are really busy on a nice day but go with the flow. The staff is always friendly and they have a great selection of food at reasonable... More

There's definite GOOD here and definitely BAD here. The good is that only hit here on a weekday afternoon - very slow paced, few people but that allowed us to wander the decks - upper and lower - to our heart's content and play pool in the open air back bar. The bad is this is built on the edges... More

I am a local in Brazoria County and I have been to pier 30 many times on many different occasions. I have to say that Saturday will be the last night I ever give them another dollar. Let me explain…. When we got there we walked up to the bar and ordered our drinks, we received our drinks in a... More

We've been going to Pier 30 since it opened and have noticed that the service and quality of the food has steadily been going down hill. Saturday was the last straw. When we finally received our order of fried pickles (priced at $5.99+tax by the way) it consisted of only TEN quarter-sized pickle slices! Any business should be embarressed to... More

Worst dining experience I've ever "tried" to have. Granted it isn't anything fancy, but basic restaurant functions usually include the following: a server who stops by your table within a few minutes of your seating, busing of prior guests leftover beer bottles and cups etc, taking of a new order and finally delivery of a (hopefully) tasty meal. None of... More

I orderd chicken fried steak not only did it look like crap but it tasted like crap. The drinks had too little alcohol and small pieces of ice that melted too fast. So I ordered a beer and it was warm. Ugh the person running the facebook page is also rude.

Brazoria county is my hometown I've been going to pier for about two years now everytime I come home. The staff has always been more than accommodating chad served me the first night and was a great bartender. The next time I went on a weekday Jeff was behind the counter... HORRIBLE SERVICE I spoke to a couple of people... More
