Good food - Not so great service

The food was good but the service was terrible. I waited over 30 minutes for someone to realize that they actually forgot about my food order, so I ended up waiting over 50 minutes for my overcooked food. While waiting, but enjoying the view of the ocean (which was beautiful) I observed other... read more

Loved the food! Ate there everyday and was never disappointed.:) I had the fish and chips, fish tacos, and my favorite was their key lime pie.

My favorite place to eat lunch and their breakfast is great as well. Excellent breakfast, but I did enjoy it more when you ordered individual meals, is now buffet style. Enjoyable to sit and look out at the ocean while enjoying your meal. Parking is sparse.

I really want to like Pirates Alley, it's a beautiful venue and I know the food is good, from the times I've been there and actually received service. I had some out-of-town guests last weekend, and they wanted to sit somewhere they could see the beach to have a beer. So, let's go to Pirates Alley. We went in, and... More

Stayed here a few times and it's always been a great experience. A few new additions to the menu were delicious! Try the 1/2 lb Signature Chili Dog! The Southwest Chicken Croissant is awesome too! Great time - I will definitely be back this summer!

You wouldn't necessarily expect it when you walk in to this small cafe with only a handful of tables and paper menus, but they served up one of the best veggie burgers I've ever had. The avacado slices hiding under the thick black bean burger were a perfect addition. My husband went for a real burger and he's quite picky... More

The service has improved 100%. Also a few new menu items are really good.Try the crab cake sliders. We hope the cook will reduce the size a bit and use a smaller bun--- but the crab cake is great! Ditto the bacon and cheddar over the french fries. However watch out for funky tasting ice that gives a weird aftertaste... More

This place is pretty good for sandwiches or a beer, fish and chips, but the menu is not very extensive. Staff is very nice. Outside seating on the deck right on the beach.

Group of 4 from work went to have lunch and absolutely enjoyed the view and food. We started with some chips and fresh made guacamole. Some of the better guacamole dip that I have had so very pleased with that to start off the lunch. Blackened mahi mahi fish tacos are what I ordered and the flavor was well done.... More

We really enjoyed the patio for breakfast this morning. If the weather is nice, sitting there with breakfast and 2.00 mimosa is heavenly. However, the food and service are pretty average. Not too expensive though, and the location is convenient if staying at the hotel.
