Met some colleagues here for a late dinner. The Shrimp Diableax app was very good. Tasty bacon with shrimp and a healthy chunk of jalapeno. I had the basic fried catfish, which was good (hard to mess up catfish) and a Caesar salad. Another colleague had Crab Au Gratin which was a bit small on portion and average. The third... More

Have been in on several occasions. Eating in and picking up take out. The shrimp gumbo was soooo good and had lots of shrimp. Really hadn't had one thing that wasn't very good and fresh. Grilled Boudan was scrumptious. Going back often.

Last time I was there I had a great bisque and some of the best fried shrimp I have ever had. Next trip I plan to try the boudin.

Our group had the fried pickles (batter is amazing), crab cakes (super fresh crab - peppery mix, get it grilled), fried okra (regular ol' fried okra, nothing special here), green beans (the way grandma made them), and Dawg shrimp (hot and spicy). The good was great and the service was excellent.

I've been here twice, and both times were delicious! Best shrimp gumbo in town! Dark flavorful roux, little green onions, seasoned rice - yum!! I had the shrimp platter once and the shrimp étouffée the second visit. Bring a BIG appetite! Outdoor music on Friday night is great. We stayed for the band and thoroughly enjoyed it. Lots of families... More

I have been taking customers here for lunch for several years now. They have a large menu with many options and I have never been disappointed. The meal portions are large and you get some very good Cajun cuisine. I normally get the blackened catfish or crawfish étouffée. I recommend them both. Nice local stop to eat.

Went to Floyds to celebrate co-workers birthday and boy were we surprised. Very good food and the price is really reasonable. The catfish plate, shrimp etouffee and a tea was 29.00 for lunch. Very flavorful. There was no wait at lunch and we'll definitely go back.

This restaurant is one of our favorites - the food is great and the wait staff are awesome! Only drawback is the noise BUT this is only because it is always busy. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who likes Cajun food.

We kind of stumbled on this restaurant while staying in the area for a Spring a Break with our teenagers. As we approached the door we figured this would be a good choice as it was busy. Lucky for us it was only a short wait. Our server was really friendly, attentive and efficient despite handling many tables. The atmosphere... More
