Food was just okay. No reason the salad count not be awesome. We are in TX and fresh veggies abound! Mom's burger was odd. It had two thin patties and the bun was huge but dry. Lots of people. Fun place. Wine selections look great but did not try any. Not going back. LOTS of other choices right there so... More

I recently wanted to treat myself to an end of the summer lunch and decided to go Black Walnut Cafe in Sugarland to get the Shrimp Pasta Salad,I always had enjoyed! Upon acquiring about the salad I was told they no longer serve that item but was told the Summer Salad was good and was served with shrimp. At $13... More

And my eggs Benedict was great. It's counter service and in a strip center (albeit upscale) but don't hold those against it. The only thing that I am sorry about is that I didn't get a chance to go back the last time I was in Houston.

Was visiting family in Sugarland and had a great lunch here. We were a large party of ages 8 to 50. The menu is diverse and expansive so everyone found what they wanted - everything from burgers to breakfast! Most of us had salads which were very fresh and tasty. I had the cobb but asked for a few of... More

We have been here several times for breakfast after church and it is always crowded. New items have recently been added to the menu to make the choices even harder. They are a little pricey for their meals, but they are sure good. Have eaten here several times for lunch too and was happy with my choices each time. We... More

I went here during the Christmas shopping season. The place has a lot of room to sit, which was nice during this busy time of year. The food was okay. It is a little pricey for the quality of food, and it took quite a long time for our order to be ready. This would not have bothered me if... More

I had the vegetable omelet and the strawberries and cream. The omelet was quite large; very filling. I think the berries would have been better without the squirt of whipped cream or if they perhaps added some cinnamon to make it a chantilly. Overall I would come again.

Tried on a whim and liked the interior. Employees were nice. Prices were average to high. Had 2 different burgers with sweet potato fries and 2 drinks. $40 for lunch! The burgers and the bacon on them were both dry, overcooked. The fries weren't crispy. The cosmopolitan was syrupy sweet (plus it was the wrong one) and the beer was... More

I have been here many times and usually stick with the breakfast menu...and in the past their breakfast was good. But this time...powdered eggs, sausage as hard as a rock, English muffin barely toasted...and that was just my meal. Nobody was thrilled with their food in my party. Two people had burgers and they were just barely warm...not hot. Yuck.... More
